I love my husband 🥺 he's trying to switch shifts at work so we can be together more. How did I get so lucky to have someone who loves me so much and constantly tries to make me happy.

Every year the women in my husband's family get together to plan the food for the Christmas party. They rent out a big haul for christmas and it's essentially a family reunion. Since we are married now I was invited to go out and plan with all the women 😂 4.5 years together and I never knew they had this secret only married women meeting about food lol

We started our year off right with the most amazing honeymoon a girl could ask for. Tomorrow I start my new job, we are going to start house hunting in the spring, and after we move we will start trying for a baby. To say I am beyond excited for this year is an understatement 🥰

What are you going to school for?

Vet Tech! I've been one and learned on the job for 5 years but I'm not licensed. So I'm finishing my degree so I can get my license and then specialize in exotic animals 🥰 my goal is to work in the zoos veterinary hospital by me! I have the chance to do my internship there in 2024 so fingers crossed!

When I was sad I used to get more pets lol mostly I would add to my gecko collection. I am now buying books instead 😂 less maintenance but I did have the urge to go rescue this iguana my uncles coworker found on the train tracks. But he has already been taken care of lol

For example, I almost didn't go on the first date with my husband. That day I woke up feeling horrible, strep was going around my work so I went to my doctor to get tested. I had told him we should probably cancel. He was so nice about it, as opposed to the string of shitty dudes I went out with. I told him if the test was negative then I would go out with him still if he didn't mind me being a bit stuffy. I was so nervous waiting for him to get to the restaurant and then everything just went so well. At the end he asked if I would like to walk around town, do something else, or go meet his dog Sasha. I picked the dog lol while at his house things obviously led to some kissing and he made sure that I knew I was in control of the entire situation. We I left that night he was already texting me to make sure I got home safe and plan our next date. In one date this man made me feel more respected and wanted than my last relationship ever truly did. And I almost had canceled. I'm forever grateful I followed my gut that night and met my wonderful husband. Who since the first date has never stopped making me feel loved, wanted, respected, supported and like the center of his world.

It's my Husband's 29th birthday and I just need to say my God I love him 😍 we have been together almost 5 years now and I can genuinely say I could not imagine a better relationship with anyone. We are as perfect together as perfect can get. He is the best thing that has ever happened to me and I'm so excited for our future 🥰
