How do people just create art? Every time I try, I just become so frustrated, because I have an idea in my brain that my hands just can't replicate.

I want the process of making art to be fun, but that disconnect is making it pretty difficult to enjoy it to its fullest.

A real conversation I just had with my brother:

Me: Hear me out. Everything is round. The universe, round. Galaxies, round(ish). Solar systems round.

Brother: ?

Me: stars round. Planets round. There's circles around Planets and in those circles, that's right round moons. And if you skip a few things to a microscopic level you have atoms. Round.

Brother: I'm going to bed.

Me following him up the stairs: why is fire hot?

Eventually my mom told me that I need sleep and my brother told me that I need therapy.

They're probably right.

I also found out that the "paintings" that seemingly don't have brush strokes are pictures printed on canvas and I am not okay.

Stuff like this happens every night.

in the meantime I am calling them Rocky and Junior, for the formling and the serpentine. Idk what gender they are, so if the serpentine is a girl they would be Lily Junior, if guy then Cole jr.
