REASONS TO KEEP GOING:
so when it’s the first of january, you no longer have to make “lose weight” a new years resolution
because you have been craving your dream body for way longer than that high calorie, greasy food you’re craving right now
because as much as people try to deny is your worth is tied to that number on the scale.
because of how many summers have already gone by and you’re still saying “next summer”
because thin is beautiful. thin is classy and elegant. thin is chic and feminine.
so that you look good even if your fashion sense lowkey sucks. why? because skinny is the outfit.
because that 11 year old little girl deserves the skinny future she dreamed of.
because you owe it to yourself to go through life in a beautiful, fit body
because if you’re actually honest with yourself, fat doesnt fit your aesthetic does it?
because you dont deserve to complain about having to start over when its you who keeps giving up.
because you actually have potential and you’re just wasting it all by allowing yourself to be fat

181.0 must have been a lot of bloat and water weight still in me from traveling
Okay I just got home from my vacation and I am vowing this.
UNLESS I get pregnant before the end of the year… whatever I weigh in tomorrow morning I will lose 50 pounds off that number by the end of the year. No ifs ands or butts. It’s happening.
When I think of how good my life will be when I’m skinny I get so excited and I’m so determined. I’m ready.
Distractions
* Go on a walk
* Search for health/nutrition info on the net
* Turn up the music and dance
* Clean your house until everything looks untouched
* Read a book or magazine
* Find out about finances and investing
* Find out enough about a national issue to form a strong opinion
* Do that that you were meaning to do for so long
* Rent and follow a yoga or pilates video
* Express yourself creatively
* Wander and browse trough the library
* Read about the toxins and food that build up in the digestive system
* Start writing in a journal about things besides calories
* Make your own, original, unique website
* Have a movie fest
* Volunteer somewhere
* Get a job
* Master your self description
* Play with your pet, they’ll love you!
* Call your grandparents
* Go to howstuffworks.com and find out!
* Exfoliate your entire body
* Think about your life goals and how you’ll reach them
* Make someone a bracelet or neckless
* Read the newspaper, every word of it!
* Stop procrastinating

So I’ve been counting calories again and staying really physically active and this is my weight loss from the last couple weeks. I don’t weigh in every day just whenever I feel like it.
5/15: 176.8

Am I the only one who thinks that ⭐ving is easier than eating?
Everytime I'm not fasting and eat one meal a day the my cravings are extreme, but when I just don't eat I don't have the desire to eat anything
