In the Bones universe can you imagine Brennens Wikipedia page? Her dad was on trial for murder, who mother was murdered, she’s a bestselling author who was buried alive, she works with and now has a relationship with a FBI agent who inspires her bestselling novels plural that got turned into a movie where there was a real dead body on the set when she just so happened to be there right before she was framed for murder and went on the run.

The first sentence of her Wikipedia page during this time must’ve been wild:

“Temperance Brennen is a best selling novelist, forensic anthropologist, person of interest in a criminal investigation, and current fugitive”

Random things I love about the show Bones:

- all the times they take stuff from the museum to use in the investigation ("I got this from the x exhibit")

- Brennan following some birds, bugs etc and finding a body ("Booth, you might want to see this")

- "Bones, stay behind me!" Brennan immediately wanders off

- the banter between Booth and Caroline Julian

- how well TJ Thyne plays exhausted Hodgins

- how immaculate Cam's outfits are (and how they are ruined by Hodgins and co's experiments)

- the guitar riffs that play every time Angela's dad is on screen

The biggest suspension of disbelief in the season 7 bones finale is that Brennen would leave so much evidence if she murdered someone. Dr. Temperance Brennan would absolutely commit the perfect murder if she killed someone. Do not slander Bones name by implying she left so much evidence behind!!!

I keep thinking abt tipsy Angela in 1x09 saying she might kiss Brennan at the Christmas party and then immediately bi-panicking and covering it up saying “in a festive non-lesbian manner” girl could you be any more obvious…..

I really love how Brennan absolutely does NOT fuck around, even from the very beginning. Like they seriously had her beat the shit out of a homeland security agent in the first five minutes of the pilot and shoot a man by the end of the episode… wow 😵‍💫

normalize fictional characters saying they don’t want children and then not inevitably changing their minds later in the narrative~

just watched s8 ep4 and brennan is thinking of running for president

she asks booth if he really thinks she'd make a bad candidate because 'donald trump is thinking of running'
