does anyone wanna hold hands until we feel a little braver
#I don't know any writers I can tag, but
#I myself am an (unpublished) writer and
#lemme just say, the way an author describes playfighting/sparring says a lot about him and whether he ever held a stick in his hand pretending it was a sword
#like when you're being tackled to the floor (even by someone you like) that is NOT the moment you notice how beautiful his eyes are. That is the moment you think CRAP I AM FALLING followed by thoughts of OW
#and don't get me started on non-musicians writing about musicians
#am a musician myself. Very few people can describe correctly what it feels to be one 😄
A persons fanfic tells you a lot about them, i , a fanfic writer, realize in terror
#looking through the Jules Vernes book like "where can I find clues..."
I have now consulted the booklet and also song transcriptions and um yeah it goes a lot deeper than anyone thought.......
If the schematic design for the creature was made with Microsoft - which does not allow parentheses as of the late - after a LOT of swearing and cursing, the name would be changed to Creature_Final_FINAL-this one-_3_
it's beautiful when the actors decide to go against "modern improved direction" and bring back the old original magic
SOMEONE I KNOW ONLINE REPORTING LIVE FROM SHANGHAI. APPARENTLY DENNIS HUPKA AND LUKAS MAYER KISSED DURING MAYERLING IN THE ELISABETH DERNIERE
Trend i’m noticing looking for books with my little sister
"Zero chemistry" is so mildly put 😂
For the ones who only saw the award video - this is like, a 122% better than what happened in the production on stage.
On stage they just. Took two ends of a rope. And pulled a bit. À la whip-pulling from the German staging. But with a think rope. Except of that no eye contact or touching whatsover save for ONE moment when Der Tod stroked the cheek of a kneeling Rudolf with the butt of the gun
(@fitzrove about Rudolf - I suspect he has a condition, because one side of his face is like "frozen"; especially visible in interviews)
Hi there! The Dutch Musical Awards were yesterday evening, and they always include some performances from the nominated shows and what else is in the theatre at the moment. And they did "Er valt een zwarte schaduw" (which is "Die Schatzen werden langer" in German?) From Elisabeth the musical! The performance is on YouTube, check it out:

Thanks for the link!
Milan sure is doing something (tm) as Death (he's fine, there have been much worse ones in Germany - not sure about that falsetto opt up lmao but idk, he's decent) but wow, these people have zero chemistryðŸ˜ðŸ˜ I don't think the guy that plays Rudolf is even acting or trying to show what the character is feeling in this scene, he's just kind of there???
