Imagine the reason why Optimus is so focused on Earth isn't because of a noble, sentimental reason... it's because his Prime instincts/the Matrix is literally screaming that the planet is the only cage (blood and bone fueled by the cycle of death of its inhabitants howling, clawing, demanding for the right to exist) that's stopping a fully revived Unicron from consuming all life itself

There's no way he can realistically explain this is his faction or to any other Cybertronian, like who the hell would legimately believe that the Unmaker is within a random orangic, thriving planet in tiny pocket of the space-boonies?!

I really need WAY more posts talking about Unicron as Earth because it’s SO INTERESTING when it comes to the Aligned Continuity Family — OP is Thirteen (Thirteen went ‘’you all suck I’m going to go be reborn as a normal guy’’) And then we got Orion Pax from that. Who very much was a normal guy! When OP gets the matrix he supposedly gets his memories as Thirteen back (?)(I have complicated feelings about this but for another time) So it’s not just a hunch or a sense from the matrix. Some part of OP has literally seen Unicron. Primary source does Optimus Prime get to keep PTSD from Thirteen /lh (also a ramble but Thirteen might have also just been named Optimus Prime but like I said I have complex feelings) (and I like making them a little distinct at least) as with everything in the Aligned Continuity Family these facts probably get wobbly between different media. YAAY (also more rambling there was some sort of prime discrimination that started to happen after Unicron’s defeat) (where the ‘’younger’’ primes were considered further away from Primus and closer to Unicron) (A lot of that stigma fell on Megatronus (number 12) but I wonder if Thirteen got some of that too.) (knowing Unicron because your brothers likened you to him for something you couldn’t control hmm) so sorry I’ve just used the tags to RAMBLE AHDJKAHSJ

Cybertronians is armadillos…

Do Cybertronians have both an exoskeleton (their plating and kibble) and an endoskeleton (the supportive structure that allows them to move but is not the stuff directly under the plating)? Is there a classification for organisms with both kinds of skeletons?

That pretty, French Alouette song is great, except there’s a birthday version I’ve heard at restaurants growing up that replaces the lyrics “Alouette, gentile alouette” with “happy birthday, happy happy birthday,” and at the end of that verse they scream “DO WE HAVE A BIRTHDAY HERE,” and you, the audience, are supposed to respond “yes we have a birthday here,” and now whenever I have that pretty, French Alouette song in my head, it’s rudely punctuated by my mind conjuring a birthday query at a volume unacceptable for human sanity
