Just so you know, you can always watch the Earth live from the ISS. Its really relaxing to me (the music they play is soothing too)
Some people are born with tornados in their lives, but constellations in their eyes. Other people are born with stars at their feet, but their souls are lost at sea.

Eplans.com is a website that sells blueprints for houses.
This might not seem that helpful but if you want a characters house you can make selections based on what sort of house you want them to live in.
Then browse through the results and find the house you want. Then you can view the blueprints and have a room layout for that house, which can help with visualising the space they live in.
It makes describing generic homes so much easier.
On a list of things I need in my life:
The Potter lands stretch for miles, so I need Hope to really go exploring at some point and discover an old tower that overrun with ivy and is so worn that it must be as old as Potter Manor
And I need Hope to set up all her Earth Magick (+ Ancient Arts) materials in there so that if people go looking for her in OotP Remus and Sirius can just say “She’s at the Tower” and call it that.
