Kong Falling

I firmly believe when it comes to the movie and the official novelization of the Monster’verse, I believe them both to be canon. With the book being more so off screen and inner dialogue moments that a movie can’t do.

So, it’s not the movie’s fault entirely for not giving the humans with short amount of time in the movie or having some plot holes that doesn’t make sense (blame WB for interfering to make the movie less than two hours), the novelization can fix it. Even if people aren’t going to read it.

I chose Ray Chase as Godzilla's alternate voice actor because his voice is pretty much on par with Keith David’s voice in terms of how fitting it is aside the real ruggedness he has that fits with Godzilla’s age. For those who don’t know, other notable roles from Ray include Howzer from Seven Deadly Sins, the Smash Bros. incarnation of Roy, Puri-Puri Prisoner from One Punch Man, and Noctis from Final Fantasy XV. His performance in their voices, such as Bucciarati’s, is very phenomenal to be, which is why I chose him as an alternate choice. Also, I added that so I can allow you all to choose between the two based on your own opinion.

Not to mention that it's just edgy and clashes with the efficiency his brutality is known for. It feels like a Glory Kill tbat should've been reserved for a bastard demonic despot instead of an actual war hero. It doesn't really help that the research botched the Slayer's personality and characterization in his own analysis section, too, but that's a whole other thing on its own.

I think it's okay for people to dislike what happens to Chief because he really hasn't done anything to deserve it. It just makes them feel bad.

I will say, Gianni Matragrano absolutely nailed it as the Slayer. I might honestly prefer his delivery on the "Rip & Tear" more than the one from DOOM Eternal, even though it wasn't that bad.

The new death battle was good but the main reaction you see on Reddit was that there was to much death like look at the name of the show you’re watching
