This technique should be done when you are ready to fall asleep, not when you are supposed to sleep or at the time prescribed to you. When your body actually says it is ready, do this meditation.
Just rest and wait passively, that’s all!
Don’t try to sleep.
Don’t try to follow any method to fall asleep. Don’t feel guilty or anxious if sleep is not happening to you.
Just wait.
While waiting you will always be more aware. When you are passively waiting, you will be more aware. If you are aggressive, you will not have awareness.
Understand one important thing: the more passive and receptive you are, the more your awareness will increase. That is why prayer develops your awareness. During prayer you are very passive, deep, waiting for the grace. A prayerful or passive mood will bring you to awareness. Just be in a passive mood. You can even think of sleep as a goddess. In the Upanishad we have a chant to respect or worship the deity of sleep or nidra devi! You can think of sushupti or the deep-sleep state as a goddess. Wait with a passive mood for Her to land on you and bless you. Just be in a deep, waiting mood.
Suddenly you will see that you are slowly losing the awareness about your body but you are still aware. You will not lose the idea ‘I’. Be aware of that moment. The door for the fourth state, samadhi, spiritually awakened state, will open. In that space your verbalization will not be active. You will not have thoughts but you will have consciousness, ‘I am not aware of my body but I am aware that I exist.’
At this point suddenly you will see that you are completely relaxed, you are aware, but the idea of the body doesn’t exist. The following morning you will see that you are fresh, alive! But you will feel you were aware throughout the night. You never lost your awareness, yet you feel completely rested and relaxed. You don’t feel any tiredness. This is the experience if you have had the glimpse of the samadhi state.

well it's easy, just ignore the 3d because it simply doesn't belong to you anymore. You don't keep something that don't belong to you. You need to throw it away, the more you stick to that one reality that doesn't suit you the more attached you're gonna get to it. Your mind will understand that ;;
(basically your mind lol). Well how to change it ? Just think that the 4D is you and only you, your imagination is your house your reality your true self it's you.

This morning I was half sleeping and half attempting for the void like I was actually expecting to wake up in the void too lazy for a method, I was affirming bla bla I'm relaxed and then I started drifting off but my mind was still awake then everything went quiet BUT I was still there I was probably half aware because I was aware but not enough to actually start gaining consciousness.. then I was like that for like 1 hour it's was so relaxing and I think it's was extremely quiet I don't know if I was in the void but I legit think at a moment I was starting to feel weightless like I had no body LEGIT but then my sister fucking woke me up (I love her but I wanted to cry girl you woke me up).. was I actually in the void or entering it ?
💨VOID IS EASIER THEN I THOUGHT💨
I want to say VOID IS INDEED EASY, I've been seeing so many post about how easy void is, honestly if I say,it was hard for me to believe at first, because there were many nights,I failed in entering void. So last night idk why but I really wanted to listen Slade's void sub. And tried @luckykiwiii101 distraction method I think it's same as the method I saw before it was called zone out challenge by @milo-4-u-babygorl,it was so similar now that I know.
Basically I put the void subliminal and lay down and ignore the 3d and within 8 minutes I felt floaty,about the symptoms I tried ignoring it I was successful actually was about to enter again,but my sister was cough so loudly that I got disturb 😔,I was close very.
And also when my eyes start to feel dry, I did the eye movements then I realised I'm doing a REM(repid eye movement) the we do when were dreaming and I saw some white light flashings,my room was completely dark btw so definitely I didn't turn my room lights on.
TMI I think I could've enter lastnight with this method but since my elder sister visited yesterday we were up till midnight,so I only got to do it for 20 minutes,also as I mentioned my sister was coughing alot last night so it was distributing me alot.
Experience wise I felt very confident when I felt floaty feeling and I was like "Void is so easy" the thought came own it's own,there is a chance that I enter void too because for a sec everything was silence even the subliminal I was listening couldn't be heard,but suddenly start feeling my whole body again.
I'm thinking to include it in my routine,since I go to sleep at 10 pm every night and it usually take me 1 hour to fall asleep. I will update more on my progress chart post.

WANT TO ENTER THE VOID INSTANTLY TONIGHT?!!? USE THE DISTRACTION TECHNIQUE!!!
First of all, know that the void is very real!!! I entered it a few hours ago for the first time intentionally!😭
Second of all, you don’t need a good “void concept” for this. This is too powerful of a method to need to have an assumption that the void is easy to enter. It’s just like falling asleep when you’re really tired, how you’re entering the void when really relaxed. It’s impossible to fail.
Step 1: Get into a comfortable position.
Step 2: Get into the alpha state using a guided meditation or without. I like to do it without by counting down from 12 to 1 whilst visualising there numbers as you count them in your head. Then count down from 13 to 1 without visualising. This will get you into the alpha state. (You don’t have to be fully in the alpha state but it helps, just be really relaxed).
Step 3: I know people tell you to affirm for the void at this point BUT YOU NEED TO BE DISTRACTED!!! Visualise a scene in your head and let it distract you. You can even play your favourite song in the background (in your head, don’t actually put music on). You can do those separately or simultaneously. This will get you really distracted and not focusing on the 3D anymore. Then you will end up in the void! BOOM! There you go. It’s literally guaranteed results, it’s too effective to not work.
