I did the psych-k for the past 3 to 4 days, and was losing hope... But I pushed away all the thoughts that said 'you can't'. Yesterday evening I was really tired asf and had no energy to do anything.... But still I did psych-k only for one position (my right hand crossed over my left and my left leg crossed over my right) and started affirming. I usually do this as lullaby method. Suddenly I felt a strong sensation of my soul being pulled over like getting sucked into a vaccum cleaner lmao. THEN GUESS WHAT? I GOT INTO THE VOID HAHAHA ✨ I wanted to wake up on the first day of my second year of medical school, which is basically December 15, 2023. cus on that day our first year exams' final scores will be out! so I wanted a 98% on my score card 🤌 GUESS WHAT? I WOKE UP TODAY ON THE EXACT DATE I MENTIONED 😭😭 I WENT TO SCHOOL TO CHECK MY RESULTS AND GUESS WHAT?? I GOT A 98.66% ON MY SCORE CARD WHICH IS THE HIGHEST!! Honestly I am on cloud 9 rn 😭😭 I just came home from school and am writing this, I can't control my tears bruhh 😭😭 I'm soo happy, everything worked in my favour ✨

Is it okay if I actually play music to distract myself? I found it hard to focus on a song in my head and kept forgetting the lyrics and coming out of it. I also tried to distract myself by imagining my life after the void. I'm usually able to do this, except for when I'm trying distraction methods to enter the void 😭.

The whole point is to distract yourself from the 3D. Playing music would make you pay attention to the 3D. So no. You also don’t have to remember the lyrics. I was singing a french don’t in my head and i don’t even speak french (i’m going to manifest that in the void though 💀). Imagine whatever comes to mind honestly. Of course you can😭😭 I literally changed everything in my 4d I do not look like the 3d it’s actually crazy, if you can imagine it then it’s possible. Well how to think you have your desired hair color? Just think you have it, but not like you think for a whole day and then the next morning you check in the mirror nuh uh, you’re gonna think and imagine that you have your desired hair color and that it. Just claim the fact that your hair color changed and gaunt about it, think that the process is done and you have your desire in your 4d which is the reality you’re supposed to live in!
