Hi there! This spell was requested by callmeharley012, who has an irrational fear of bugs and the dark. This spell is meant to help you find courage and bravery as well as wash away fears. Enjoy!
What you’ll need:
Thyme (For courage and strength) (If needed, some good substitutes for thyme in this spell include oregano, fennel, and rosemary.)
Clean water
A bowl or container of some sort to hold the water
A shower or bath
What you do:
Taking the thyme, charge it with your energy and sprinkle it into the water. Visualize the power of the thyme soaking into the water, infusing it with courage and strength. If you want to give the spell an extra boost, you could leave it out to absorb the energy of the moon or sun. When you feel that the water has fully absorbed the energy of the thyme, remove the thyme from the water (you can use a strainer for this, or you can pick the thyme out if the pieces are large enough and there aren’t very many of them).
Run a shower or bath at a comfortable temperature. While you are in the shower or bath, take the charged water and use it to rinse your body. The energy of the water soaks into your skin, filling your with courage, and it washes away your fears. When the water is gone, leave the shower and dry yourself off.
Repeat this spell as needed to maintain your courageousness and keep fear at bay.
Thanks for reading! I hope you enjoyed and you find this helpful. If you have any questions, feel free to send me an ask.

Do you know any spells or charms or certain plants or anything fro attracting adventure or excitement?
For adventure and success in adventure, I know the color orange works amazingly well (for the success part, anyway). As for safety while traveling and for bringing excitement try wrapping a whole nutmeg in a green cloth or green leaves and tying it off with black thread, charge the little nutmeg talisman in a full moon on a bed of basil and rose petals to give it a little kick of romance and personal luck. :) The nutmeg thing will also ward from accidents while traveling, be it physical or emotional. You could also try writing down where you would like to travel on a piece of paper, burn it from the light of a candle and add the ashes to the basil and rosepetals to help bring you to where you want to be. I hope this helped! :D Safe travels.

To enchant an item is to infuse it with magickal energy. This energy can come from a variety of sources, including planets, crystals, herbs, or even yourself.
Some individuals use the words “enchant” and “charm” synonymously as a way to describe the process of infusing something with energy, but for the sake of this post and due to my own beliefs, you enchant something and it then becomes a charm. Alternately, a charm can be something with its own innate energy, like a crystal or herbal amulet.
The process of enchanting is extremely versatile and there are many ways to do it successfully, so long as you keep your intent clear in your mind. My personal preference when it comes to enchanting items is to allow 12-24 hours (overnight or a full day) for the item to be infused with energy and become a charm - although, this is completely left up to the individual spell-caster.
Here are a few ideas on how to enchant items, in no particular order:
Surround the item with crystals of corresponding intent
Surround the item with herbs of corresponding intent
Place the item in a jar filled with herbs that represent your intent
Place the item in front of a candle and meditate on your intent
Anoint the item with an oil, charged water, or crystal elixir of corresponding intent
Hold the item in your hand(s) and visualize it filling with the appropriate energy
Hold the item in your hand(s) and speak your intent aloud
Craft a sigil or symbol to keep near the item in an envelope or sachet
Write your intention on paper and keep in an envelope with the item
Pair the item with a corresponding runestone or tarot / oracle card in an envelope
Take the item and put it in a box with other items that represent your intent such as crystals, herbs, talismans, amulets, etc.
Bury the item in soil with herbs and/or crystals that match your intent (please don’t put salt on your lawn though, unless you want dead grass)
Pass the item through incense smoke that matches your intent
🗝My pleasure reading is now academic reading. After starting to lose the skill I once had, my reading comprehension has gone way up.
🗝 I get more done and finished more projects because the first step of something can be a spell. Spells are fun to do so I’m less likely to put it off. Once I’ve taken the first step, I have the motivation and momentum to see the rest of it through, something I used to struggle with. 🗝 I feel as if I have much more agency in my life. I can protect myself from toxic people and actively pull myself out of toxic mindsets much more easily than before.
🗝 Articulating what I want in spells has helped me better understand what I want out of life or what I should be truly focusing on.
🗝I’m much, MUCH better at cooking. I can feed myself on more than just ramen and toast, which makes me healthier and happier.
🗝I have more motivation to give back to the community, through charity or service work, or just being more mindful about the environment and supporting local businesses.
🗝I have a much deeper understanding of history and cultures outside of my own.
🗝 I used to be a slob, but now I regularly clean my room and keep my space tidy because I recognize that a messy room affects me negatively and hurts my magic. Also, my room always smells excellent.
🗝 Whenever I work with deities I practice ritual self hygiene. So the little things I used to ignore before bed don’t get ignored as much.
🗝I have a much deeper appreciation for the little things in life, happy coincidences, tiny blessings. I notice them much more and am thankful.
🗝 I have met so many amazing people and have formed wonderful friendships around the craft.
In the end, when people debate if magic is real or not, who cares? It’s undeniably producing real results.
