—So this jacket is actually a place holder, as I’m waiting to get permission from artists still. I am super grateful to shirmirart on IG for letting me use their amazingly cute piece for the back! I saw their art and didn’t even need a synopsis anymore bc it perfectly captures the wholesome and idiots falling in love vibe of the fic in such a cute and recognizable way.

I do plan to change the front cover tho to better fit the more adult content. In the meantime, I made this front cover on Canva bc it reminds me of Heartstopper (also wholesome af vibes), buuut it’s a bit misleading. I’ll def use it in the future again tho! I have a couple inquiries out, so hopefully I’ll be back in the print shop soon with an update!

Almost 1K words in the "Chrissy Cunningham/Eddie Munson" tag on AO3!!! Started reading when there was just a couple hundred and it's been awesome seeing the numbers grow everyday and all the new fics!

Only on episode 8 so far but Extraordinary Attorney Woo like so adorable and wholesome of a show. It's nice to watch something and really relax. Tho I do get really excited about Woo Youngwoo and Lee Junho together. The "that's disappointing" scene absolutely KILLED ME!!!

I've been rewatching The Umbrella Academy and honestly their whole soundtrack is just beautiful. I keep adding songs to my playlists.

Honestly I loved Thor: Love and Thunder! I think Ragnorok is still my favorite but I still really enjoyed this one. I will say tho that I am so glad I stayed for all the extra credit scenes. Made me sob a little less at the end. 😂

i think the people making the jurassic world movies really missed the point of the original movies. they just showed up to make monster movies. except they got which characters are the monsters wrong. it was never the dinosaurs the same way it was never Dr. Frankenstein’s “monster.” the dinos didn’t ask to be created. they’re just animals. the point was that science fucked up. the whole entire point was baldly stated right there in the first movie: “your scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn’t stop to think if they should.”

the iRex was a monster intrinsically. she wasn’t just an animal. she didn’t act like an animal, she acted like a monster. the indoraptor wasn’t an animal, it was a monster, just out to kill and destroy for no reason. even in the 3rd one, therizinosaurus - an herbivore, for the record - just straight up murders some deer standing in its way and then actively tries to hunt down claire for no reason. pyroraptor appears just to be scary and swim around looking cool but just generally being a monster. giganotosaurus was just there to fight the trex and the therizinosaurus and die because they couldn’t kill a trex after she survived this long.

the creators of jurassic world just wanted to make monster movies, and that’s valid. they just didn’t really understand who the monsters were.

One of them – the good ones – dropped down and Ed made a small sound as his whole fucking leg was lifted from both thigh and solid ground and his fingers grabbed instinctively at Stede’s hair. And fucking hell, Stede didn’t help, smoothing his hand from ankle to thigh, folding Ed’s leg up to prop against his own upraised one. All it would take was an unexpected swell to take his balance from him and their fucking thighs would be sliding together, nothing but silk between them.

And Stede just smiled up at him as if this was what he did every day. “To get around the knee,” he explained, brushing the long floppy shirt to fall between Ed’s legs out of the way.

Got a cat recently and sometimes when I talk with people instead of saying "she" I use "they" (not even realizing when I do). And people always get so annoyed when I say I only have one cat. They are constantly like "why do you say they" etc, etc.

It's kinda stupid to get annoyed over but I've only told like 2 people irl about me being genderfluid and it makes me so sad/mad that people are getting that annoyed when it's literally just my cat. Like they tell me to stop saying "they" and "do you not know the gender".

Just finished episode 10 and WOW. I swear if we don't get a season 2 I will riot.

Honestly, I still can't belive Stede and Ed kissed on screen. INSANE. And the ending! I loved how Stede did resolve everything with his family and left on better terms this time around. You can tell he's really starting to embrace being a pirate.

And the scene where Stede and Mary talk about being in love and he says Ed's name and HE. Then the hug. LOVED IT.

The "breakup" between Ed and Stede was also nuts. Ed really goes through the whole breakup process from mourning (the robe!) to rage. (If Lucius is actually dead I will be so pissed.) It was actually cool to see him go all badass. Tho it's still weird seeing him with no beard.
