If we're talking about tfs hfil Fricell, then yes, Frieza would be a submissive bottom. Cell would be the know it all, and the chill guy. Frieza would very the immature one, the one that has the "princess trope".

However if we're talking about canon fricell, it would be the other way around. Frieza would be the wise one because he learned so much in dbs (Getting his shit rocked by Broly lol). I think Frieza would willing to work with Cell to win against the saiyans. After all Frieza did fight along with Goku against Jiren. Cell would be the one that's being reckless, after being stuck in hell for so long, he lost his cool. Cell didn't want to work with Frieza, but Frieza being Frieza, tells him he will just take Cell back to hell. In the end, it is Frieza who's the chill one, while Cell is always in a bad mood. And Yes, Frieza would be the dominant bottom, and would definitely would have Cell wear a collar and leash.

Fruits Basket reality: All of the trauma in the Sohma family can be boiled down to the most abusive cunt you’ll ever meet in your life, but also WHY DON’T YOU FEEL BAD FOR AKITO THE ABUSER? DON’T YOU WANT HER AND SHIGURE TO DATE? Also there’s incest and pedophilia and for some reason that’s treated like it’s ok

She-Ra expectation: Reboot of that cool show from the 80s about magical princesses fighting against the EVIL OVERLORD

She-Ra reality: Abusive war criminal gets away with all of her crimes, and as a bonus, she gets to date the very girl she abused. NOW FEEL BAD FOR THE ABUSIVE WAR CRIMINAL
