Here we are going to be focusing on calisthenics style workout to get you that ripped muscular physique.
We are going to be doing high reps to shred fat and get you looking ripped and in fighting condition.
Pull-ups 5 pull-ups every minute for 5-30minutes
Push-ups 100 reps any set or rep range you want
Pike push-ups 8x8reps
Bodyweight rows 10x10reps
Dips 10x10reps
Mountain climbers 4x40reps
Squats 4x25reps
Lunges 5x10reps(each leg)
Calf raises 100reps
Hanging leg raises 10x10reps
Burpees 5x40reps
L-sits 4x1 minute hold
Crunches 10x10
Oblique crunches 10x10
Wall walks 2x
Beginner workout: 3 days a week example Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
Intermediate workout: 4 days a week so you repeat workout 1 for day 4 then start the next week on workout 2 and keep rolling it.
Advanced workout: six days a week.
Once the reps become easier start adding more sets and more reps.
So there you have it a workout to get you ripped and muscular 💪
