I'm seeing Gävle goat popping up more on my TL. Feelings are mixed. For your consideration: - People have been trying to burn this thing down since 1966, when it was first erected. It was first burnt down on NYE 1966. - Burning the goat is illegal and carries a fine and/or prison sentence. - That punishment is somehow part of the appeal. - 38 out of 57 Goats have been vandalized. - Both sides keep trying.
