So I fairly recently got into Hannibal, I'm near the end of season two, but I started looking through the Hannibal tag and what not. When I tell you that shit is unhinged as hell...I was not expecting any of it, but I love it so much and honestly couldn't imagine anything better.

The reason Hannibal was so hard to catch before Will wrecked his world is because he didn't need to kill people. He just wanted to. Many serial killers feel a desperate need to kill people. Hannibal doesn't. He enjoys it, yes, but he doesn't have a primal need to do it. He's doing it just cause. That's why they couldn't catch him. That's why he's so incredible.

I always think I'm the smoothest man alive and then my girlfriend shows up and I just crash. Like please I just wanna have the courage to tell her how pretty and wonderful she is without giggling my ass off (not in a "haha you're not actually pretty" way but in a "You're way too pretty to be with me and I feel like an idiot trying to tell you how magnificent you are because you are a literal goddess" way)

Does anyone else genuinely gatekeep? Not ironically or anything? I deadass hate when people are reading the same book I am or watching the same show I am, etc. Only in real life though. If I'm scrolling through Tumblr or Pinterest or whatever, it doesn't bother me that all of these people know about the shows, books, movies, etc. that I do. And it's only to things I really like. I mean, my two best friends and I watch Glee together and talk about it all the time, but it's not as big a apart of my life as Supernatural or Good Omens or or literally any book I've read and liked.
