I was talking to a work colleague and I told him I like having orange and red hair because I feel it goes well with green eyes (in Croatian we don't have a word for hazel eyes, so they usually fall under green) and he responded, okay, but you don't have green eyes, your eyes are brown, and I was like???

Have I been wrong for 30 years??? No one has ever told me I got anything other than green eyes, and since my whole fam has dark brown eyes, everyone always commented I got green eyes like my grandpapa.

Have I been gaslit?
