Alex rider season 2. No spoilers

I have no words for what I've watched today. The way the story was set out and how it built up was amazing. This was as good as Point Blanc and probably even better. I was hooked from the first episode and couldn't stop watching. And the last episode was just *chef kiss*. They did such an incredible job with season 2 and I know it may be a while but I'm so ready for season 3.

luther - brown bear ( with the canon body modifications so ig part monkey too )

The mystery of how Alex had gotten here was another problem. Last he remembered, he had been with several MI6 agents debriefing after the crash of Air Force One then he had been bundled into a car allegedly to go back home and now...he took stock of the barren interrogation room again. He doubted he was with MI6 and he had thoroughly crushed Cray and his plan which left very few options of who could have known about the operation and have the resources of stealing him out from under his handlers.

The door opened seamlessly cutting off his thoughts and of fucking course things couldn’t be easy could they? He mused taking in the tall, blonde that strode purposefully into the room then froze when he registered just who was sitting in front of him.

“Oh hey, Dad , fancy seeing you here.”

He didn’t know why he was surprised, Ian had told him his father was “in the field”. Alex hadn’t known what that meant and Ian had refused any attempt of Alex to ask with ‘It’s better for both of you not to know. If you got caught Alex…’ at first he had been offended that Ian had thought he would break so easily under torture. And then he had actually been tortured and he appreciated the small mercy.

“Alex?” It occurred to him that he had never seen his Dad look afraid before - angry, sure, but afraid? John Rider was too prideful for that. Turned out, he didn’t want to see his normally cocky and exuberant Dad scared. The fact that Alex was currently sitting tied to a chair in what was obviously an interrogation room and with his Dad as a potential interrogator probably didn’t help. Combined with the fact that his father had no idea that he was being brought here, wherever that was, and there was no way that could even be remotely considered a good sign.

“What are you doing here?” He hissed, voice tinged with anger. There was the Dad he knew and loved sometimes.

A - How did you first get into AR?

So I first got into AR in about Year 8. We were in English and we had a page or two from a chapter of scorpia where Alex was moving through the pipes after being caught. And after reading that I just had to read all of them so yeah.

F - Favorite ship?

Oh I've been waiting for this one. I'm a bit ashamed to say I love Ian/Yassen. There's some brilliant fiction out there that I love and I literally squeeled when in the TV show Ian called him Yas. I feel like these alot of history there we don't know about. I also love the ship Alexmis its just perfect and some of the fanarts out there are brilliant.

H - What do your family think of AR?

There's alot of mixed feelings with it 😅. I've forced them to watch the show and they thought it was quite good and my parents are actually looking forward to season 2 so there a bit of a win there. But the matter on the books is diffrent because although they haven't read them I've talked about it that much they basically know everything. I also think there quite sick of me talking about it so yeah.

I - Favorite Book?

God this question is always hard. Its always a competition between Point Blanc, Russian Roulett and Scorpia. Point Blanc is just amazing and I love the story line and DR Grief is definitely one of the best villans. I love the concept of the clones and when Alex snowboards down the mountain. The ending is just brilliant too which the fight with Julius. And again the same with Scorpia I love the story and how everything plays out with Julia kind of manipulating Alex into believing that John was a assassin and that Mrs Jones killed him. I also love the confrontation between Jones and Al and the ending when Alex is sniped. And for Russain roulette... just who doesn't love Yassen. So yeah there's a bit of competition between the 3.

J - Least favourite book?

This is also a hard question. My lest favourite book is probably Skeleton Key. I don't know why really it's just never gave me the same feeling as some of the other books did. There was some moments I liked like the tennis match at the beginning, when Alex is about to be crushed by the sugar cane conveyer belt and the ending where Sarov's shoots himself. But I wasn't fond of the two CIA agents (Carver and Troy). There some of my least favourite characters.

U - Do you have any Graphic Novels?

Final question. Yes I do I have all 6. I'm still waiting for some more to come out but I don't know when that will be. I love the graphic novels because it's good if you want a quick refresher of the books and the images are well draw and help you visualise things better.

Oh this is always so difficult. I would have to say sabina, it's so hard to explain why I just don't . She's quite winy and I don't like how her character is portrayed in the book. Another one is Damien Cray. I like his character I just hate him cause he killed Yassen😂

J - Least favourite book?

So my favourite art is Alex in a scorpia uniform by Alphavulpeculae and an Alexmis piece by Hop-a-lot. These are definitely some of the better pieces of art out there. Unfortunately there's not many pieces for the fandom but these two i love so much.
