Like idk maybe it's bc I suck at picking up subtext but to me House was only ever disrespectful to her.

They literally argue like divorced parents, which is never appealing to me

Plus if they insisted on paring House with someone, he has so much more chemistry with Wilson, although I still don't think he's processed himself enough to have a healthy romantic relationship with anyone. (I still love Wilhouse though)

Anyway that's just been driving me crazy.

(BTW I'm only halfway into season 7, so ig we'll wait and see if my opinion changes.)

One day Toodles takes a look at herself in the mirror and realizes that she’s never going to grow up. She can’t.

It’s been years since Gardenview shut down. It’s been years since she was first created. It’s been years, and she’s still the shortest, still scared of the dark, still kept away from Rodger’s investigations, and still just a little kid.

One day she starts sobbing in her room because she realizes that no matter how much she changes, how many hobbies she gets or all the experience she earns, she’ll never grow out of the fundamental traits she was made with. And those traits will forever put her behind everyone else

She connects a lot with Pebble (and Coal when able) about this kind of stuff. The rocks are always just barely on the verge of sentience, and she knows they understand her pain better than anyone else ever could. Many dogs are said to be as smart as toddlers, after all. And Toodles just loves dogs
