Summary:
Roier is a Time Lord, a time-traveling alien, with a missing (slash deceased) husband and a very empty time machine. Cellbit is a human who may or may not be an escaped convict on the run from an intergalactic government intent on putting him to the death. Together, they're traveling through time and space and trying to track down both Roier's absent husband and Cellbit's mysterious wristwatch. And if they start holding hands while doing so, well.
