Here’s my improvement of drawing the corporal Lawrence So the first one looks like jeff the killer and thats weird af ! The second one hum… i used silver paint for the barbed wire and its looks really bad I don’t know why i drew him with “long” hair but whatever . This one doesn’t look bad and i really like the background. Ok ok ok wait a minute butterfly … is that an elf or something ! And finaly this one i drew it the Last week-end im very proud of it but its not finish yet so yeah bye !

Also I wanna say: analysing media only or mainly through the lens of whether "x character" is problematic is the stupidest fucking way to analyse media. Maybe characters aren't made to be a paragon of "purity" (I'm using that word on purpose. side eye.), maybe they aren't meant for you to fantasise about being besties with them in real fucking life, maybe they aren't meant to be your role model. Maybe they are there to explore themes about life and being human; the messy, fucked up, confusing and weird parts of it? Maybe they are there to express deep emotions and create catharsis, make us question things, or make us feel? Maybe it doesn't fucking matter if you'd hate them if "they were real" because of their fictional actions because, hey, they are not real and most people know the difference.

People are allowed to love characters that make the weird, confusing, fucked up parts of themselves feel seen, because it's fucking art and that's what art is for. It's not there to tell you how to behave. Not everything is a cartoon for toddlers.
