Everyday you cut out these things from your diet and then add a new workout you do everyday.
Rules-
Cal intake
Day One- 1000cal
Day Two- 900cal
Day Three- 800cal
Day Four- 800cal
Day Five- 700cal
Day Six- 700cal
Day Seven- 600cal
Day eight- 600cal
Day Nine- 500cal
Day Ten- 100 – 500cal
Repeat all the given workouts for that day everyday.
Drink three to five liters a day
Day one ♥ Chips, Cake, Ice cream + 10min walk
Day two ♥ Every drink that is not water + 5min run
Day three ♥ Candy, Cookies, Chocolate + 3min squats
Day four ♥ Pizza, Burgers, Tacos + 3min of crunches
Day five ♥ Anything Bread + 5min of 10-30lb weights
Day six ♥ No dairy Products + Turn 5min run into 10min
Day seven ♥ All Fast food + Turn 3min crunches in 5min
Day eight ♥ All packaged meals, Microwave meals. + 5min of Jumping jacks
Day nine ♥ No meat products + Turn 3min crunches in to 5min crunches
Day ten ♥ You can only eat fruits, veggies, and water + Workout x2

Approx. 115 cal in the whole thing, depending on how many calories is in your tortilla.
Ingridients:
1 tortilla
10g nutritional yeast (you can also use cheese or vegan cheese but that will add more calories)
60-100g (depending on how much you prefer) Tomato sauce, passata or marinara sauce
How:
Preheat the oven to 400 F° or 200 C°.
Spread out an even layer of tomato sauce on the tortilla.
Sprinkle your nutritional yeast (or cheese) on top of the tortilla.
Put that sucker in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
