i be taking lax and complaining ab diarrhea and bowel cramps lol
i'm water fasting today and i came to the gym but my body isn't strong enough for a workout... i did 3 legs exercises and couldn't lift weights anymore so i decided to do some cardio, i did 10 minutes of bike and my muscles are already sore π«
