Aizawa's dialogue is a mixture of slurred words and phrases, as due to a mutation of his quirk, Aizawa's facial muscles are deformed, and he cannot pronounce syllables.

that's why Aizawa uses sign language, but he invented this language for himself, which makes it very difficult to understand.

Mick: Hey, how are yolu?

Aizawa: I'm f. ....plm.. okay

Although I managed a (super) rough sketch of A'zawa before my phone crashed on me, H'zashi was half done and lost to the void. 😭

Here is a pretty similar reference photo instead. Main difference is the addition of wings and less humanoid musculature.
