Blue Monday is statistically the most depressed day of the year!

It's dark and cold and the holiday season is over in the western world. If you're feeling down, you're not alone.

Try to cut yourself some slack today and remember to be kind to yourself!

Get some fresh air with a short walk [ Maybe to a nice cafe? ]

Rewatch an old favourite movie by yourself or with a friend [ Try watch2gether or another online service to watch with your online friends! ]

Make a really comfy seat for yourself

Have a hot beverage like tea, hot cocoa, or coffee

Try some yoga if you're feeling adventurous [ I recommend yoga with adriene on youtube ]

Cook or order a delicious meal

Spend time with a pet

Become a blanket burrito

30 Day Art Challenge: Draw all the things
