- Echo still can't sleep well. He either suffers from insomnia, or from pain, or from nightmares.
- When Echo has nightmares, he hides his face in his pillow. Nobody really knows why. Everyone agreed that he doesn't realize where he is when he sleeps, which means that he cannot feel safe.
- Actually, it's true. But deep down, Echo also doesn't want anyone to see him like this - trembling and crying.
- PTSD is a topic that no one brings up. He is afraid of medical equipment, syringes, droppers, droids... The creak of a rubber glove is worse than death.
- No matter how strong he may seem, the complexes follow him like a shadow. Echo hates each of his implants, he is annoyed by the reflection in the mirror. Whitened skin, dark circles around the eyes, gray-yellow iris. "Looks like I'm dead," he jokes. But everyone knows that this is not a joke.
- Hunter says being able to kick someone with an iron foot is cool. Omega sometimes sticks stickers on prostheses. Echo is still beautiful no matter what he thinks.
- Even if he can't convince himself of this, Echo remains incredibly grateful to the guys for their support. He removes the stickers only when they are completely worn out.
- Omega will always find more.
- Wrecker always succumbs to him in arm wrestling. He is definitely a great actor. Echo still didn't quite understand. Yes, definitely.
- Echo sleeps peacefully when someone hugs him. This duty, without any hesitation, took Tech.

- Sometimes it happens that they stop somewhere to rest a little, and then it happens that the team has to be woken up in the morning, otherwise they can oversleep until the evening. Of course, this is what Echo does. He turns up his favorite songs so that they can be heard throughout the Marauder.
Bonus: Echo was the first person Crosshair not only allowed himself to hug, but hugged back.

Random Clone Headcanons
These are all just my opinions and personal headcanons. Feel free to contradict me on any lmao
Hunter is a huge eavesdropper. Not that he necessarily wants to be, he just can’t help it with his heightened senses. He can hear whole conversations perfectly from like, three rooms away. This also 100% backfires when he hears things he most definitely has no business hearing and it traumatizes him.
Rex and Cody are Echo and Fives’ parents but like platonically (bc cloncest is disgusting imo)
Wolffe would definitely hate Tech. Like, that one arc in TCW where he was stuck with C3-PO and it was just constant eye rolls. But oh god how is this an actual human being. Rex might have to hold him back from punching Tech out of annoyance.
Crosshair and Hunter did each other’s tattoos.
Rex had tattoos in honor of the domino twins. (a handprint and number 5)
Tup’s hair is literally so curly and fluffy and soft and adorable and i could go on rbejjsjs
Waxer and Boil tried at least once to go see Numa again but never were able to.
Wolffe (and probably the rest of the Wolfpack) sees Ahsoka as his little sister.
Along with that; Wolffe was absolutely devastated and felt betrayed when he learned Ahsoka was working with Ventress.
Cody has absolutely no reason to spin kick droids like he did except for showing off and trying to make himself look cooler than his brothers (Wolffe)
Tech is autistic.
Echo is likely also autistic.
Clone cuddle piles are a regular thing among all clones and although they might grow out of it as they age, if one poor clone bb has a nightmare, his vode are not letting him sleep alone. Nuh uh. Monsters and war problems can’t get to him if he’s safe with us.
I looked up and time slowed down as I saw him standing there.
His tall body looked skinnier than the last time I saw him, he looked like he was about to fall over from either relief or exhaustion. His head was still balled and the scar on the side of his head looked all healed up. He eyes had deep dark circles underneath his eyes. He was wearing dark grey clothes and they looked worn. He had small holes in his shirt and the cuff of his pants were torn but at least he was wearing shoes. He looked so vulnerable and so small.
I dropped whatever I was holding and ran to him, my brother Crosshair. The last time I had seen him was on Kamino. All the anger and frustration I have built up for him over the past couple of months, melted away as I tackled him with the biggest embrace I ever gave, tightening my grip to make sure I wasn’t dreaming.
My vision blurred from the tears building up in my eyes. He was here, this is him. I closed my eyes and buried my head in his shoulder.
For a second I thought Crosshair would have pulled away from my hug, like he usually would after a few seconds, but instead I felt two arms wrapping around my back. I felt his grip tightening as well, like he couldn’t believe he was here.
I could tell he was forcing himself to breathe from the way he shuddered.
I wanted to ask him where he was, what he was doing and why he looked like he’d just come from a living nightmare but all I could say was, “You’re home…. don’t worry, you’re safe. You’re safe now.”
