My first post on here! I really enjoy digital painting, and will post more in the coming weeks.

I wanted to make something encouraging in this garbage fire of a year. I’ve been reading Dune recently, and the fear quote has been like a mantra to me these past few months. I also combined one of my favorite video games, Journey, in there. Both have a mystical Middle Eastern influence and contain similar themes of perserverence, community, and meditative analysis of life’s obstacles.

A poster I made for a client weeks ago for a school musical! I edited the movie’s typeface to something more retro, & subdued the psychadelic 1970’s color palette. But I tried to keep the original zany tone of the story. I also had to keep that iconic purple!

I made some fan art in anticipation of Victoria Schwab’s upcoming book! It's unreleased, so I did my best with what I know so far. Unless @torbooks or someone would be willing to slip me an ARC...ha-ha, just kidding...unless??
