when pony was in eighth grade and you were in fifth, the two of you went to the same school

he always knew you were smart, like him, but made irrational and stupid decisions

sometimes you rushed through things, you were stubborn and hardly showed emotion to anyone

the two of you started hanging out, and he invited you to be with the gang when you became older, in sixth grade

you were known to get good grades, no one knew how you did it and everyone suspected you were cheating

you were. you stole, lied, smoked, dated, fought, etc

pony knew this, him and his brothers would always manage to get you out of trouble since you were young and didn’t have good parental figures

until you got into a fight with a soc in your class, who bullied you relentlessly

you broke her femur and the police were called, and you weirdly enough and unreasonably were let go

you walked to pony’s house since you stayed there, you knew your parents didn’t give a shit about whether you were with them or not

pony and his brothers greeted you, you gave them a quiet “hello” and walked to the bathroom

they realized something must’ve been wrong since you were normally energetic, but you were quiet

as soon as you closed the door to the bathroom, you started bawling

you wondered why you hurt that girl, why you did all the bad things you did, how you were sorry, and how all you wanted was for someone to care for you enough to discipline you

pony heard your cries and knocked on the door, asking “hey, y/n..? i know you’re probably not doing the best right now but can we talk? i think you really should—”

you opened the door, just for pony to see your face red and your shaking body, struggling to make eye contact

he slightly crouched down to your level, saying “hey.. how about we go to my room so we get privacy and maybe we can talk about what’s happening? okay?”

you nodded and walked with him to his room, closing the door behind you

you sat on his bed and he sat next to you, he asked you what’s going on since you never cry and always seem fine

you answered with, “i-i don’t know what’s wrong with me and why i’m so fucked up.. i’ve done terrible things and i don’t know why im just realizing it now— i broke that girls damn arm, that’s too far. she-she hardly even did anything..” and pony listened the whole time

he told you “you’re not a bad person for doing those things, and everyone makes mistakes, it’s fine. you’re a kid, still learning, hell, i’m still learning. you can’t take back what you did, but you can always do better in the future..” he hugged you but you were still crying

he soothingly rubbed your back and grabbed your favorite book, that he bought so he could read to you

you lay down on his bed, still sniffling and zoned out

he lay on the bed and started reading to you

he saw your eyes fluttering and closing, causing you to fall asleep

he then realized you were going through much more than anyone knew, more than anyone should go through, especially at your age

he looked at you, fast asleep with tear marks on your cheeks

he knew you as the young one in the gang, who was undoubtedly the most reckless one

you fought, smoked, drank, etc

you were loud, could sometimes get annoying, and the most stubborn person he has ever met

and one day your fighting went too far, to the point of being hospitalized

some random kid started swinging at you, so you swung back and one of his friends fucking shot you

a car passed by and took you in, driving you to the nearest hospital

after the surgery, you no longer had a bullet in your chest, which was dangerously near your heart

you were lucky to survive, but you didn’t think that

the gang came to visit you, johnny was the first one

he came into your room, hearing sniffles and gasps of air, you were having a panic attack

he didn’t even know you had those, so he walked in and calmed you down

talking to you softly and comforting words helped you ground yourself

but you were still sniffling, tears still streaming down your face, saying, “i always wanted to die, johnny. i didn’t wanna live anymore, there was no point, why do i have hope now?”

johnny knew how you felt, but didn’t say it

he knew deep down that you would be able to deal with it, and tomorrow you would act like nothing had happened

but he just sat down on your bed, and you talked to each other about the others problems

he said people would mourn your death, and you’re too young to leave

you understood and said you didn’t want to talk about it anymore, so he went to the store and got you some candy and a get better card

SODAPOP CURTIS

since you were always an energetic child, people never thought you had any problems

you were sitting on a bench once, near the lot

you hoped no one would see you, you were out in the open since you didn’t know where to go

none of the curtis brothers were home and your parents didn’t care enough to let you in the house

you didn’t know why you were crying, you just were and you didn’t have a reason for it

you just couldn’t identify why you were feeling how you were feeling

staring at the grass, you mumbled “stop crying,” put your head in your hands, and again, mumbled, “stop crying..”

your leg was bouncing since you were anxious, didn’t want anyone to notice you were crying

soda was walking home since he decided not to drive to work today, then he saw you on the bench with your head in your hands

“y/n?” he asked you, you looked up and he asked what you were doing there

sitting on the bench next to you, he asked if you were okay, and you broke down even more

“i just don’t know what’s wrong with me. i always act like everything’s fine and that i don’t feel things but i really do. i’m sensitive and i care but i act like i don’t— i feel so terrible but i don’t know why, and… i don’t know…”

soda listened the whole time, and he knew how you felt, but tried to comfort you

you kept sniffling and whimpering, could hardly breathe and didn’t look at him in the eyes

he gave you advice, telling you it’s okay to not know why you’re upset, and you might be extra sensitive since you didn’t know why

you agreed with him, and it was silent

he asked if you wanted to walk home with him so you could stay the night, and you said yes

as the two of you were walking to his house, he patted you on the back and said, “you’re a damn good kid. and you might not believe it, but you have a good heart.”

you appreciated what he said, so you looked up and smiled at him

DARRY CURTIS

he knew you would get in trouble a lot, you were always energetic and chaotic

one day he got called into the police station, saying you were gonna have to stay there until someone picks you up, so you gave them darry’s number

you were in your own cell since you were a child, but an officer was near to keep you safe

darry drove over to the police station, you were put into a room with a table in the middle, like a questioning room

your hands weren’t cuffed to the table, the officers wanted you to have a free range so you can feel safe

when he arrived, the officers brought him into the room, where you had your head in your hands, red face, sniffling, and tear marks on your face

he sat down across from you, however you didn’t say a word to him

you kept looking down at the table and your sniffling continued

“i know you’re going through a lot right now, but you can’t go around stealing shit from people. i’m close to being done with your attitude, and you need to act more mature. i’m being hard on you because i care, and i know you may not see that.” he said

you listened, apologized quietly and nodded your head

the police officer in the room said to go home and to not get in any more trouble

the car ride home was awkward, you were still sniffling but stopped crying

when he drove you to his house, since you stayed there sometimes, and when the two of you got out of the car and walked into the house, no words were exchanged

but he wrapped his arms around you into an embrace, and patted your back, motioning you to go to the room you slept in

so he protected you as well as he could, he knew he needed someone to act as a parental figure when he was younger

he acted like he didn’t give a shit about you, but he cared about you the a lot

and when he saw you in his room, above bucks bar, crying and snot dripping down your fucking face, you trying to wipe it off with tissues, he knew something bad must’ve happened

he rushed over to you, you were on his bed, and he asked you why you were there and what happened

you could tell there was genuine concern in his eyes, he went down to eye level so you could really see him

you told him “i get so angry all the time and it’s making me feel like a bad person. i don’t know why im just realizing now, this is why no one wants to be around me, i always ruin every relationship i make—“

he interrupted you and said, “hey, hey, you’re not a bad person.. it’s fine to get angry sometimes, it’s just an emotion, everyone gets angry sometimes, but you need to be careful since you could get in trouble while doing those so-called bad things.”

he kept eye contact with you the whole time, trying to make sure you understood

after you were quiet for a bit and stopped crying, he asked you, “you wanna go to dairy queen..? huh?” and smiled, patted your knee

you looked up at him slightly and smiled back, nodding

the two of you walked out to buck’s car, and he drove you to dairy queen

he got you whatever you wanted :)

TWO-BIT MATTHEWS

you and two-bit were walking down the street, just taking shit from people while having a conversation with each other

and while you were trying to to take a wallet out of someone’s purse

she caught you and grabbed your wrist, her daughter staring at you

the mother started screaming at you, “you brat! why the hell do you think you’re entitled to my money, huh? are you that desperate, you dumb—“ all while her daughter was looking at her mother in fear

two-bit talked to her calmly but somewhat angrily, “you don’t know shit. first off, you’re not making a good example for your daughter. and second, you don’t yell at a fucking kid. you still have your wallet and your damn life, which you’re lucky to still have. this kid doesn’t know fucking know any better..”

he looked back to see you storming away, speed walking on the streets

he ran from the mother and daughter to catch up to you, seeing you wiping your eyes since you were crying

he told you not to listen to the mother, she didn’t know anything and you were in some ways more mature than an adult like her

you didn’t respond, so he told jokes

most of it was pointing out socs on the streets that looked like crap or were doing weird things

you giggled at some of them, to the point where your eyes were still red and you were sniffling, but you were feeling better

steve didn’t always have it the best at home, and neither did you

the two of you bonded over it, talking about funny or sad or weird experiences that happened in your homes

and one day you were talking a lot, as you always did since you were talkative and energetic

your mother had yelled at you, with hate and anger towards you, just for being yourself

calling you useless and annoying, talking about how pathetic and stupid, how selfish you were, etc

you didn’t talk back since it wouldn’t change her mind, it wouldn’t take back what she said

you stared at her with no emotion ,then walked out like nothing happened

you were walking to the DX since it was near the time steve would get off

halfway to the store, your lip started trembling and your throat tightened up

so you bawled for around 10 minutes, and still bawling when you arrived at the DX

steve was walking towards you and waved, you didn’t wave back but he knew you noticed him

he sped up towards you once he saw you were crying, so he asked you what was wrong, the two of you started walking back to the curtis house

when the two of you arrived at your house, he followed you upstairs after he took his shoes off

you grabbed the needle and asked him if he was ready

before he answered, you pushed the needle through his ear so he would be caught off guard and wouldn’t be stressed

he closed his eyes, trying not to focus on the pain

you said someday you want to get a little tattoo of the dates of when you had your pets

he said he might get a tattoo one day but he wanted a piercing, specifically an eyebrow piercing or a nose piercing

you told him you could give him a piercing since he probably wouldn’t pay for a professional one

the two of you go back to your house and go upstairs to your room

you tell him to take off his shoes and go sit on your bed while you grab a needle and two curved barbells from a box on your vanity

“hold on dal, i need to get gloves. need to be at least a little sanitary, right? don’t do anything while im gone.” you say

he responds with a short “take your time, doll, won’t do anything bad..”

you run downstairs and quickly get blue, sanitary gloves and run back upstairs to your room

you come back with a few paper towels in case he bled a lot

you grabbed a blue pen and marked a dot above dally’s right eyebrow, you grabbed a mirror and asked him if it’s a good location for the piercing to be at

he says it’s perfect and you wipe it off, remembering exactly where the piercing was

grabbing the needle, you stand in front of him while he’s sitting on your bed, and push it right through his skin

he winces and tells you, “fuck, baby, should’ve given me a damn warning next time…”

you apologize while grabbing the actual piercing itself, putting the barbell on top of the needle and shoving the needle through and out, putting the barbell in

he’s looking up at you the whole time then you say “you’re doing amazing, hon. we’re done with the hard part. just gotta put the ball on to secure the piercing..”

you grab the ball part of the piercing and screw it onto the curved barbell

you realized you didn’t actually need the paper towels since you put the piercing in the perfect place, and he didn’t bleed at all

you walked away and showed him the mirror, also showing him with his new piercing

he lightly touched the new piercing and flinched slightly, telling you it looks amazing and he loves it

he grabs you by the hips, causing you to put down the mirror, and sits you on his lap

he kisses you while giving many thanks, softly rubbing your back

he made a bet with steve that dally wouldn’t flirt with any girls a the drive in, and if he did then two-bit would have to get a piercing of his choice

he lost since dally tried to hit on cherry, and she obviously brushed him off, so he got pissed and ran off

steve told two-bit to ask you to give him a piercing since he probably didn’t wanna pay for it

so he walked from the drive in to your house and knocked on your door

when you answered, he automatically asked “can you give me a piercing… like earrings? i lost a bet.”

you stared at him for a few seconds before shrugging and saying “sure. i already have the supplies, go sit on the couch, my parents aren’t home.”

he came into your house and sat on the couch, looking around and seeing the walls were well decorated, with pictures of you and your family on stands and tables

you went upstairs to your room, got a needle, earrings and a mirror

after gathering supplies, you walked down the stairs and walked to the pantry to grab surgical gloves

you walked to the living room, two-bit was watching television

you drew dots on his ears and picked up the mirror, asked him if the dots were in a good place

he said they were, so you wiped it off and put the gloves on, then grabbed the needle

he was focused on the show he was watching, so you pushed the needle through his left earlobe

two-bit hardly had a reaction, so you grabbed the piercing and pushed it through the hole the needle made

you pushed the needle through the right earlobe, where the mark was, and grabbed another piercing

you pushed the piercing through his ear, pushing the needle out

you took your gloves off and sat on the couch next to two-bit

“holy shit, wait did you do it? i hardly felt anything..” he said, so you showed him the mirror so he could see the piercings

he touched his ear and started laughing, realizing he had no reaction but it still looked good

he thanked you, so the two of you started talking about the show he was watching

steve was walking down the street with you after you two were done eating lunch at a restaurant

a man passed by you, he had a madonna piercing, and steve told you that the piercing looked good

“yeah, that piercing looked cool. do you want one? cause if you do, i have what we need at home so i can do it for you—“ you said

“really?? like we could get the piercing done right now?” he said, you said yes and started walking back to your car

he followed you, the two of you got into the car and drove home

you walked into the house, told him to go upstairs since you had to get the items and talk to your parents

you told them steve is gonna stay at the house for a few hours, so you grabbed surgical gloves, a few napkins and headed upstairs

you walked to your parents room to get a needle from your moms sewing kit, and walked back to your room, where steve was

he was sitting on your bed and looking around your room

you put your supplies on a napkin on the bed next to him

you looked at your piercings collection, and saw a piercing that would work well on steve as a madonna piercing

walking over to him, you used a pen to place a dot to the left above his lip

you showed him a mirror and he saw his reflection, knowing it was in the perfect spot

wiping off the ink, you put on your gloves and grabbed the needle

with your other hand, you gently grabbed his lip and stuck the needle through it

you got the piercing and pushed it through, moving your head to see the piercing well

you nodded and grabbed a mirror, pointing it towards his direction so he could see

“woah it looks just like the one that guy had!!” steve exclaimed

he gave you a hug and the two of you talked about how work and schools going

you and pony were walking to school when you see some classmates on the other side of the street, whispering and looking at you

pony whispers to you “the fuck are they looking at us for?” and you truthfully say you don’t know why

when you get to school, the bell rings and you have to go to separate classes

when he gets into class, people are still talking about you and he still doesn’t know why

he asks one of his classmates why everyone is mentioning your name, and he answers “apparently y/n gave a girl flowers for valentines and asked her if she could be her date. she ended up saying no, and she told the whole school what y/n did. between us though, i don’t really see why people are talking shit about y/n now, i mean being gay isn’t bad right?”

pony was shocked that people made a huge deal out of it, he didn’t even know you were a lesbian, nor did he care, but he couldn’t believe how stupid people could be

he never understood why people cared about sexual orientation, and was confused when people said it was a problem you were a lesbian

he ended up sticking up for you when people would talk shit, which ended up with a large cut stretching from his knuckles to his wrist

when the bell rang after first period, he automatically ran to the class you were in to tell you what he had heard

he waited outside the classroom, and when you came out, you had tears streaming down your face

you begged him to still be your friend and you didn’t understand why people didn’t like you

he walked you to your next class, which the two of you had, and reassured you that there was nothing wrong with you and you’re still the same person

JOHNNY CADE

he was just walking around the block when he saw you in the lot

you were getting beat up by a few socs, and he could hear the word “freak” coming out of their mouths, that you’ll never fit in since you’re gay and not even a girl can love you

he started speed walking towards you, he watched you pull out a switchblade to one of the socs throats, and told him to shut up before you slice his throat

all the socs backed off and convinced you not to kill one of them

they all had cuts and bruises on their bodies, you did too

“we’ll come back for your punk-ass girlfriend later” one of the socs said, which caused you to punch him hard in the face

blood started dripping down his face, he touches his nose and says “bitch, you just broke my fucking nose! i’ll kill you!”

surprisingly enough, the other socs hold him back and tell him it’s not worth it, so they run off and get into their mustang

you don’t even realize johnnys next to you after they leave, you only focus on the fact your life might be ruined since people know you’re a lesbian

you turn around to see johnny, looking at you with a worried look

“are you okay? looks like they got you pretty good…” he asks, you ignore his question and ask him, “you didn’t hear any of that right..”

he tells you he heard but he doesn’t mind you being a lesbian, he still cares for you and you mean a lot to him

you really appreciate this and go back to your house so you could get cleaned up

he stays over at your house and the two of you talk about your past relationships

DARRY CURTIS

you drove to darry’s house so you could help out around the house, he was stressing and having a hard time

you brought groceries and some of his favorite pastries from a new bakery nearby

when you walk into the house, darry greets you and thanks you for the items

suddenly he gets a phone call

“just a second” he mumbles to you

he walks over to the phone and sits down on the recliner, picks up the phone and waits for the other line to talk

“is this darry curtis?” he wonders who it is since it’s a female voice, one he’s never heard before

he answers with a “yes, why? do i know you” and the other line asks “why the fuck is my girlfriend at your house and what’s your relation to her.”

he had no idea you had a girlfriend since you didn’t tell or hint at him anything

he responds with “she’s a friend. she just came over to my house to help around and cook food since i have to work later.”

she whispers an “oh… well um thank you… i’ll talk to her later… sorry…” and he says “it’s fine, don’t worry about it” and hangs up

he zones out wondering how he didn’t notice, how you’d always be on the phone calling ‘one of your friends’ but you’d be so giggly and smiley, telling her you love her and would never leave her

he comes back to reality when you walk over to him and ask who called him, then he tells you it was your girlfriend, but didn’t give a name

your face goes white, and you start apologizing for not telling him since you didn’t know if he’d support or not, tears forming in your eyes, making vision blurry

he reassures you and says he doesn’t care that you like girls, and it doesn’t change how he thinks about you

the two of you work at the DX together, so soda was at the cashier, waiting for someone to come in and buy something

a girl walks in and asks “is y/n here?” and soda responds with “no, she just went on her lunch break. do you need her?”

she looks nervous and starts looking around, she says “do you think you could give this to her…?” and it’s diy paper flowers, the paper was pages from your favorite book

the flowers came along with a note, which he saw was covered with a kiss

he looks at the flowers and note for a second and can sense her fidgeting, so he just says “yeah, i’ll leave it in the back for her” she thanks him and leaves the DX

he doesn’t even know her name, and guesses she’s one of your friends

soda can’t help but take a little peek at the letter, since it wasn’t in an envelope, he unfolds the paper and reads the letter

it goes along the lines of “thank you for always being with me” “…you’re so beautiful” “best girlfriend ever” “continue dating” and ends with an “i love you”

sodas jaw is on the FUCKING ground

he never knew you had a girlfriend, and suddenly felt bad for always asking you if you had a boyfriend yet

he folds back the paper to how it originally was, and goes back to the cashier

then he sees you walk back in with dairy queen, since you both wanted good food

you greet him, he greets you back and tells you a girl came by and was looking for you

he described her features and said there’s a note and paper flowers for you in the back, he could see the smile on your face

after letting you read the note, which you were blushing at, he couldn’t help but feel guilty for not telling you he knew you were gay

so he told you he just peeked at the letter and noticed all the lovey-dovey words, he said he has no problem with you being gay and asked if you are, just to check

you said yes, you thought you told him a while back but he doesn’t remember

what he does remember is you saying you had a crush on an actress, then he laughed and thought it was a joke, never thought about it again

the two of you were at the bar hanging out and talking

you’re having fun and in deep conversation when suddenly, a girl comes up to you and your face breaks into a smile

dally notices this and says “do you know her..?” and you don’t have time to say anything

the girl who came up to you two yelled, “you’re a fucking bitch y/n! i thought we were gonna last forever but then you cheat on me with a man of all people? you told me you loved me—“

dally was in shock since she was a girl, and he never thought you’d be gay, he didn’t have a problem with it but he just never gave it any thought

you told her dally was just a friend and there’s nothing going on, plus he liked a girl at the moment

“honey, im sorry i’ve been hanging out with him more than you. but you didn’t tell me it bothered you, and communications important!” you told her

“wait you’re gay AND you have a girlfriend!!!? why didn’t you tell me this man im your best friend” dally asked you

your girlfriend told him to shut up, which basically answered his question, but you told him you didn’t tell him you had a girlfriend since not a lot of people are fond of gay people

you and your girlfriend resolved the argument and you’d talk about it later

she walked away, not before giving you a kiss on the cheek, and dally told you he hates her

you ask him why and he says because of the way she talked to you, you ask him if he can give her a second chance and if the two of you are still friends

he asks “why wouldn’t we be?” and is genuinely confused

you say “well… i like girls, aren’t you uncomfortable with that..?” and he responds with “no? i like girls too” LIKE DALLY STOP

he doesn’t care about sexual orientation because it doesn’t make you a bad person

after that incident, it’s like nothings changed, your friendship hasn’t changed and that’s what you and dally are happy about

you two were at the drive in, watching another elvis movie

when the two of you got out of your car, you sat on the hood so you could have a good view

you looked to your right and told two-bit, “hold on, i gotta talk to someone real quick. i’ll be back in a few minutes.”

you walked over to a girl and waved, she was with a group of two guys and two girls who were all dressed nicely, two-bit guessed they were socs

he saw you wrap your arms around one of the girls shoulders and kiss her, when one of the other girls said “the hell are you looking at? you got a problem?” and he saw you talking to her, telling her he’s your friend

one of the socs, bob, looked at you and said “hey aren’t you that gay greaser girl?” and steve gave you a certain look, he didn’t know what bob was talking about

you glared at bob and said “yeah, i guess so…” just to have him reply “cherrys interested.”

you stopped dead in your tracks and stared at him, told him you already have a girlfriend

bob said he heard rumors going around about you liking cherry, but he never knew you had a girlfriend

steve yelled at bob, telling him to knock it off and stop picking on you

then you had to correct steve, telling him you do like girls, and you do have a girlfriend

what he was really thrown off with was the fact that bob was talking to you, considering he was the typical rude soc

you both are academic BEASTS so you’re somewhat rivals and trying to get to the top of the class

but you’re still together, it’s a healthy relationship

most of the time, you’ll actually walk him home from wherever you are since it’s safe for you to walk home on your own, but since he’s a greaser it’s not safe for him

when you met the gang they taught you how to fight in case some greasers or even some socs tried to fight you

by walking him home, you’ve actually prevented him from getting beat up

you like to take him out to get food or something he wants when he gets a good grade since he gets happy when they’re high

as soon as he told the gang that he was dating someone they were excited for him, then they found out you were a soc

dally told him to break up with you without even knowing you, johnny told him to give you a chance

when johnny invited you to the curtis house to meet his friends, you brought presents for all of them since you wanted to make a good impression

you had your ways about finding what they like and don’t like

they immediately took a liking to you when you gave them presents and a kiss on johnnys cheek

you’d patch him up and give him bandaids to take home after getting beat up by socs or his parents

sometimes when it’s sodas turn to get groceries from the store, you’ll go along with him

once he got a pimple and he freaked the fuck out

you talk about some shit that happened at work while he listens

he’ll occasionally get you some food since he knows you like sweets

then you repay him with something he’s wanted for a while that he’s been asking for

whether it’s a book or food or a trinket idk

he loves you so much and is glad soda gets along with you so well

you two went to the same school, since the both of you had good grades and were on the same track team, you wanted to become friends

you thought he was cute so you struck up a conversation with him

you two kept talking for months and you eventually went to his house to study and met his brothers, darry and soda

darry told pony to be wary of you, but was glad to have you around since you would help ponyboy get his grades up if they faltered

you also gave him a reason to go to track meets and try since you would be competing too

soda thought you were nice and that’s all he cared about, you respected and seemed to love his brother even if pony couldn’t see it himself

he realized he started to love himself more when he hung out with you, and you made him look forward to things

he loves the way you laugh, the way you would get excited talking about specific things, your love for baking and the way you would get eating your favorite meal, how pretty you were, your kindness and selflessness, he could go on and on about what he loves about you

he later asked you if you wanted to be his girlfriend and picked your favorite flowers from a field close to his house

you obviously said yes

you were so excited and gave him a big hug, saying you were waiting for him to ask you and you’re so happy he finally did

he loves you so much but feels like he’ll scare you away if he says it quickly

he tells the gang about you being his girlfriend and they freak out, asking if they can meet you

you got nervous when he told you his friends wanted to meet you, and when you did you didn’t know when to talk or not

they could tell you got nervous and dally openly made fun of you for it

you guys had the same humor and since you were respectful and treated them like decent human beings, they liked you a lot more than they expected to

dally won’t tell anyone but he thinks you’re chill, he’s still a little cautious around you though since he’s not used to you

once you leave pony’s house when he’s walking you home, he tells you the gang like you and are fine with you two being together

you’re overjoyed since you thought they didn’t like you

he’s really happy the gang likes you and you like them too, so everything’s going well in his life

JOHNNY CADE

you met johnny at the drive-in, you were with marcia and cherry while he was with pony and dally

johnny thought you were SOOO beautiful so he told pony and dally, they both thought you’d be a bitch since you were with socs and you were one too

after dally was done harassing cherry and ran off, she started a conversation with pony and johnny

you looked back at johnny and already saw him looking at you, so you smiled

you were more on the quiet side since most of the time you just didn’t have anything to say, and you were an observer

you noticed the cut on his cheek, it was deep and he had a look that made him look scared of everything, so you guessed he had problems at home

he’d flinch at loud noises and sudden movements, so you took a note of that

you were still curious about the cut on his cheek, and asked him where he got it, he looked to pony and he pat johnny on the shoulder to go sit next to you

he went up to the front row to tell you the story about how he got jumped by a group of socs, and remembered a guy with multiple rings

you said you were sorry for him, and not every soc is like that, that he can’t control what other people do but only the way he reacts

he continued the conversation and found out more about your likes and dislikes, while pony was talking to cherry, and two-bit came to talk to marcia

johnny started to feel like someone cared about him other than the gang, and he felt full until the time you had to leave

you wrote down your number on a piece of paper since you wanted to keep in touch, and drove away in your mustang

he and pony talked about you and the movie on their way home, and talked about how you don’t seem that bad and johnny should try to pursue a relationship with you

the both of you would hang out weekly through the next year, sometimes sleeping over at your house since his parents would be drunk

one time you two were having a heartfelt talk about feelings and home life, and he asked you if you could be his girlfriend

since you were shocked but reciprocated the feelings, at first you didn’t say anything and johnny got real nervous

he said sorry for asking and it got awkward, but you said you’d be his girlfriend

bro has never smiled that wide in his entire life, he’s never been so happy when someone said something until now

you two talked about the failed times you were to ask each other to be partners, and kept giggling about it until your dad walked in and told you to go to bed, and to keep the door open

you ended up going to bed, curled into each other

he told the gang since they were the only people he trusted

you didn’t meet them for a while so johnny and pony told the rest of the gang you were chill and they took his word for it

you later met them and they liked you, even started inviting you to hang outs

DARRY CURTIS

yall met when he was fixing your roof, and you thought he was so handsome

when he would get tired you would let him take a break for as long as he wanted, and even let him into your house for snacks and drinks

he appreciated it and didn’t know how to voice it more than he did

after he was done with fixing your roof, he was incredibly sad

he really liked the attention and you did too, so you gave him your number on a piece of paper and told him to call you if he wanted to talk or hang out

when he got home he started thinking about what would be good for pony and soda

he thought he had to take care of them and he was responsible so he didn’t know if he should get to know you better, he had a lot on his hands

he figured he should try to do something that makes him happy while still doing important things and taking care of his brothers

he would call you often and you would call him, planning times to meet and do things

when you two got very close after months of talking, he brought you to his house

when he brought you to his house he didn’t expect to see the whole gang there, being loud and acting wild

you didn’t mind at all and said it was okay, he later had a long talk with them about how they can’t be at his house uninvited randomly

yeah they didn’t listen at all because it happened many times after that

you started to make food for them and do laundry, acted like a mother towards them

that’s when darry knew he loved you and wanted you to be his girlfriend

he knew the gang appreciated everything you did for them and acted as a mother figure to them, they listened to you

you even got dally to listen to you and help out around the house… it wasn’t even his house but it made it easier for darry to manage

darry later saved up some money and brought you to a restaurant where he asked you to be his girlfriend

you said yes and you were both super happy :3

you came in so you could fix your car and so you could get a coke

when you saw him you were like “shiiittt he’s really handsome” and he was like “oh crap she’s really pretty look cool”

you two chatted for a while and he fixed your car while he continued talking to you

he knew the problem with your car was an easy fix but he stalled and tried to make it look like a bigger problem than it was, so he could talk to you more

he even considered going back to school so he could see you more

you started going to the DX more frequently just to get some snacks, but mostly to see soda

after school you would visit the DX, and one day he asked for your number

his heart was racing since he knew girls would most of the time get annoyed if their guy best friends had a crush on them

you weren’t annoyed at all, rather happy and wrote your number on a piece of paper he gave you

he’d give you free drinks and snacks since he liked you so much

you visited his house and sometimes the gang was there, so you talked with them

two-bit always made jokes about you and soda being touchy together and how you argued like a married couple

you later realized you liked him, and whenever someone would say something funny you two would look at each other immediately

soda asked you if you two could start dating, you were the only person that actually made him feel more than just handsome

you made him feel like an actual person with human feelings

you said yes to dating him and hugged him so tightly while squealing “yay!!!” and jumping around

steve was like “damn, what’s going on up there…?” since soda asked you to be his girlfriend when you two went up to his room

anyway the gang likes you and knows soda thinks you’re amazing and loves everything about you

he first saw you in buck’s bar when he went downstairs during a party

he thought you were beautiful and you had a swarm of guys around you, waiting to talk to you

he knew he was a good looking guy so he just pushed them out of the way and started flirting with you

turns out you love his accent and used to live in new york for a bit

you two bonded over that heavily, and talked about all the wild experiences you two saw or things that personally happened with you guys

time flew by, hours passed and soon you two were the only ones in the bar that weren’t passed out or gone

you gave him your phone number since you didn’t know if he would ask, he took it and told you he’d call you in the morning

he asked if you lived nearby and you said you lived around 20 minutes away, so he took buck’s car and drove you to your house

before stepping foot into your house you gave him a hug and said thank you

he had a warm feeling and his chest and smiled, walked away and got into the car

for once he wanted something to be a long term relationship instead of a one week relationship with multiple arguments per day

he really struggled over it because he didn’t want someone to see over the walls he built for a while

he got a call from you a few minutes after he woke up, and you loved his morning voice

you asked him if he wanted to hang out, and this happened around two times a week for months at a time

he would always say yes and put away events just to be with you

sometimes he would invite you to events if he wanted to hang out with you

he later asked you months after you two met if you wanted to be his girlfriend

he just asked you out of the blue while you two were eating dairy queen, “wanna be my girl” and you stared at him for a bit

he was like “…what” and tried to act nonchalant but in his mind he was thinking about everything he did wrong

you smiled widely and said yes to dating him and he felt a wave of relief wash over him

his heartbeat finally slowed down after a few minutes

he offered to bring you to the curtis’ house so you could meet the gang

when he brought you there, he asked you if you could stay outside for a few minutes because he had to talk to them

he told the gang he’d bash their heads in if they weren’t nice to you

he went back outside to grab your hand and bring you into the house, where you saw multiple people

they all tried to start a conversation with you and dally glared at them since you immediately got overwhelmed, so they backed off

they slowly started making conversations with you and small talk, you got along with them great

they weren’t only nice to you because dally told them to, but because you treated them good too

he was really happy you and his friends got along but didn’t really show it

TWO-BIT MATTHEWS

i kinda know jack shit about him so this one’s probably gonna be short sorry

you two met at the drive in when he was messing around with everyone and random people

you two were at the concessions part to get food and you pulled out your wallet, showing a mickey mouse plush and you as a child in a photo

he was like “holy shit, this girl likes mickey too??” so he asked you about it

you were a little weirded out that he payed that much attention to the point where he noticed the plush in the photo, but you still talked to him

you two continued the conversation and you offered to pay for his food, he cracked some jokes which you laughed at a lot

you two watched the drive-in movie together while making jokes along the way and talking about things in the movie

you weren’t there with anyone and he was just there to mess around with people so he enjoyed being with you

you got each others numbers and started hanging out with the gang

they thought you were funny like two-bit and made the best duo ever

yall were UNSTOPPABLE

he later asked if you two could be together after a year of talking

you said yes and, like in johnny’s section, started talking about the times you almost asked each other to be together and laughed about it for hours

that shit brought you to tears— funny happy tears though

i know i said i know jack shit about two-bit too but i think i actually know like nothing about steve

soda introduced him to you since you were looking for a boyfriend but all the guys who were interested in you treated you like shit

he left you and steve alone for a bit so you two talked about cars and your jobs, you decided you would visit him at the DX since he worked there

you two talked about societal problems and even opened up to each other emotionally, which was quick considering you two only knew each other for a few hours

since you two got along so well you talked to soda and asked him if he thought if was okay you two are talking

“well yeah no shit i’m fine with you two talking, i set you two up!!” he said

i mean he’s not wrong

you and steve ended up hanging out once every two weeks, then it turned to once every week, to twice and sometimes three times

he’d sometimes stay over at your house

since you two had so many common interests and problems you two got together

it was actually really mutual since you were gonna ask each other at the same time if you could date

you laughed about it later but obviously said yes

you met the gang and they liked you, turns out all of you have many common interests with each other

steve loves being with you so much and talks to soda when he needs advice

you talk to soda about steve too and he’s so happy he gets all the tea about your relationship
