First off thank you sm!! I love my designs a lot and I’m glad people enjoy them!!

I wish more people talked about the fact Xiaotian is Sun Wukong’s parallel not Macaque; Xiaotian is TRULY the parallel to Sun Wukong because he is Wukong but he also differs from him as his own person. Macaque isn’t even the other side of the same coin anymore—and he never was! People just assume so since “day/night” is a common trope but when you think about it Macaque isn’t anywhere near the same as to who Sun Wukong is.

The closest parallel of “bad” Sun Wukong is Erlang Shen. Because he is justice he is blind to the actual things that happen in the mortal realm while Wukong is heroism so he strikes justice into those who prey on the weak.

Something about how it’s Erlang Shen -> Sun Wukong -> Qi Xiaotian in that silly little cycle

1. Renet was originally supposed to be in Rise

2. The original plot of the movie was supposed to be Rat King taking control of splinter.  It was supposed to be a tragic story of Father against sons (I NEED this)

3.  The movie takes place a few months after the series, not two years.  I’m now side-eying all my stories

4. They were very vague on a season 3.  It was very much “Keep hope alive.  We still want to do a Rat King movie.”

5.The original movie opener is brutal in the best way ( also Splinter was missing in it.)

6. The movie was originally going to be a Raph movie and they switched it to Leo.

7. They fought not to retcon Rise!Casey (foot recruit)

All in all, good panel.  Would have loved a definitive answer on season 3 but I also like that it’s vague.  That means it’s not a no.

We all know about the DDOS attacks on AO3 as it is still down. So it is very important we talk about the KOSA(Kids Online Safety Act) that is going to hit the floor soon. Because if that act goes through this could very much be the new reality of not only AO3 but online fandom spaces within the next year. The point of this act is to limit queer media and to eliminate online queer spaces.

Let me stress, the politicians are lying to you. Democrats and Republicans are lobbying for this. It is not pro trans rights and it is not pro lgbtq rights. This is very reminiscent of the Restrict Act! Politicians can SUE websites for having QEEER CONTENT. This act will not protect kids, it will further separate and marginalize the queer community!

If this bill goes through AO3, Wattpad, TikTok, Tumblr, and Twitter will be limited and fanfiction websites could be wiped out all together. If you are apart of fandom spaces pay attention and ACT! Call and email your senators! AND SIGN THE BELOW PETITIONS!
