Oh yeah! If anyone was curious, I was 204lbs on Monday when I started fasting & am now 196lbs! Don’t worry, I know some of that is likely to just be water weight… but I’m still pretty happy 😄
I really cannot wait until the 24th when I can just fast for like two full days and restrict the rest of the week as well because he’ll be back at work

Drinking black coffee this late in the day (like 6:30pm) is probably gonna come back to haunt me when I can’t sleep later… but oh well 😅

I’m about 22 hours in and am down to 198lbs already!! I’m actually so happy and can’t wait to see what my weight will be by tomorrow morning
