It’s that time again
I’ve been on an mha binge and now I’m here to tell you why I believe Katsuki Bakugou is neurodivergent >:)
Number 1!
Look at this man. You can’t handle the uber instincts of his uber autism
2. He DESPISES being touched. Like to the ENTH degree he will either avoid it or squirm
3. He’s very blunt. Always says what he’s thinking no matter if it’s rude or not. He does not consider ANYONE ELSES opinion but his own. Like when the Todoroki siblings invited him and Midoriya for dinner and talked about family drama, dude did NOT let that slide (good for him)
3. Bro is ass at communicating. Even though he’s a very skilled fighter, he doesn’t tell what he’s doing until it’s done most of the time unless he really needs the other students to work with him.
4. When things don’t go his way, he freaks out. One of the most prominent moments this happens is season 1 where he was facing Midoriya and lost. Man had a PANIC ATTACK from that.
5. He’s an All Might NERRRRRD /hj
6. His relationship with Kirishima is very unique compared to the others. It’s giving off “comfort person” vibes. I personally think they’re boyfriends but take that as you will!

Something I forgot to mention is that neurodivergence is a spectrum and can be presented in many different ways! Everyone is different!
Also specifying I’m neurodivergent and I still very much stand by the fact that Bakugou is in some way neurodivergent, but I don’t want to cause any harmful views of people who are neurodivergent. No one has called me out or anything but I’m oh so paranoid and want to be sure I’m representing my community well!
I’ve been back and forth with taking this post down, but have decided to just reword some things that came off in a way I didn’t intend. If I caused any harm by this post please let me know and I’ll be sure to take action to correct it 🙏

This time on this lil gremlin and why their enby hehe
Nuuuuumber 1. Look at them. Absolute they/them vibes. They’d steal your gender and your wallet.
Number 2. Taking anonymity to a whole other level
Number 3.
Their outfit just screams gender non conforming.
Number 4. Name change to literal shadow. That’s the most enby thing ever.

Neurodivergent hiccup my beloved <33
Reasons I think Hiccup is autistic and/or has ADHD, as someone with both:
(based on common traits)
He has a tendency to overshare or accidentally give things away.
He’s insanely creative.
He’s generally very straightforward and honest.
Tends not to get overly invested in conversations that don’t somehow involve dragons (his special interest)
When talking about dragons, he gets very passionate and loud. Generally something that happens when an autistic person talks about their special interests.
When he gets upset, he tends to scream or yell and through his arms out. Sudden bursts of emotion.
You could say he loves flying so much because he’s sensory seeking.
He fidgets a lot. Could be considered stimming. This boy can NOT sit still.
He’s very sarcastic. (Yes even autistic people can be sarcastic, and in fact, many are)
He is just, so impulsive. About 60% of the time he DOES before he THINKS.
He talks with a lot of body and arm movement. He’s very outwardly expressive.
He has a VERY strong sense of justice.
He can be quite oblivious to flirting or things along the same lines. Remember when Astrid wore her betrothal necklace and quite literally shook her boobs and him and he didn’t even flinch?
He doesn’t seem to have a real big sense of self-preservation.
He focuses on the smaller details instead of the big picture. He’s also able to link one topic to another no matter how obscure.
So much empathy. Especially towards dragons.
On a similar note: he seems to prefer animals (namely dragons) over people.
He has a tendency to notice little things most others wouldn’t.
He’s extremely stubborn, and stuck in his mindset until proven wrong.
It’s common for autistic people to want to date people who they view as more of a dominant person (but obviously not always) but… *cough* astrid *cough cough*
He was bullied as a kid for being different and weird.
He over analyzes things to the point of it being unhealthy. Think about that whole thing with Viggo.
He detects patterns almost immediately and is generally very good at connecting the dots.
He can be quite clumsy.
When he comes up with something, he often interrupts people.
Similar note: he’s always thinking aloud or talking to himself.
I’m sure there’s more but that’s all I could think of.
My essay on why I think shinobu kochou is neurodivergent

Look at her. There’s no way that her face says anything about her is neurotypical

This point doesn’t really need explaining lol

In the official kny fan book it says shinobu views love quite scientifically, like heart rates, blood pressure, brain responses, etc.
Some small things to mention is that giyuu said she didn’t like fluffy animals and the fact she has a goldfish as a pet id like to think it’s somewhat true :)
Also she enjoys talking to giyuu, a fellow neurodivergent, and I’d like to think they’re each other’s comfort people :))
Also I can see a bit of hyperfixation but there’s not too much canonical evidence that I know of to prove my point, just headcanons lol.
