THANK U VERY MUCH KUROI BC THAT'S A REALLY GOOD READING FOR MY DOOMED LESBIANS

Yea know what's coming 👁️👁️ WHAT READING DO YA GOT FOR MY 8595 LOSER LESBIANS 🫵🫵 ?!

AYYY TOOK ME A WHILE!

But brace yourself for some deep meanings behind this reading! I know that you saw the cards before, but I'll put all the context here! Without further ado, let's dive into another ship insight!

Yea Know What's Coming 👁️👁️ WHAT READING DO YA GOT FOR MY 8595 LOSER LESBIANS 🫵🫵 ?!

TYB 8595: Death, 2 of Coins, The Tower

Yea Know What's Coming 👁️👁️ WHAT READING DO YA GOT FOR MY 8595 LOSER LESBIANS 🫵🫵 ?!

Okay, so at first, this reading seems to be a little... Threatening? Considering two of the Arcana who showed up usually bring something "negative" in a way. But fear not, because the way they're displayed here showed a different interpretation in my eyes. Let's unravel them!

First of all, Death. Aside from its powerful meaning about the only thing in the universe that we can't control nor escape from... For this reading, it looks like a new beginning. I do think this is related to how Kyoko is usually seen by everyone - Mostly a pretty face, the "idol" of the school and even a damsel in distress in a few situations. However, this Arcana shows up as a desire to change. Being with Ageha could be a start for said change because she needed an extra strength to show who she is to the world. Somehow, she doesn't want to be seen with labels, Kyoko just wants to be herself, without any kind of pressure.

However, The Tower clearly shows a downside about their relationship. Not because they don't love each other or there's conflicts between them. On the contrary, both are willing to be together. However, Kyoko's popularity also brings a stigma - So the fact that Ageha is her partner is seen as a "disaster" for people outside of their friend circle. Such a relationship could be literally seen with bad eyes by others due to their retrograde beliefs. Ageha isn't exactly someone who can stand up to fight them while outnumbered, but that's not because she doesn't want to fight. Rather, she doesn't want to see Kyoko upset or even guilty just because both realize they have feelings towards each other.

The 2 of Coins is their mutual desire to share their love, regardless of labels. Even with their turmoils, deep inside there's a need of validation. However, they know it isn't an easy task. There would be plenty of challenges awaiting them, and this Arcana shows up to tell that no matter what comes for them, both are ready to move forward with a smile in their faces. Also shows a hint of maturity that's essential for the years to come.

Yea Know What's Coming 👁️👁️ WHAT READING DO YA GOT FOR MY 8595 LOSER LESBIANS 🫵🫵 ?!

TYL 8595: 10 of Coins, The Fool, Page of Cups

Yea Know What's Coming 👁️👁️ WHAT READING DO YA GOT FOR MY 8595 LOSER LESBIANS 🫵🫵 ?!

Now for the second part of this reading! This one is a proof that time is a powerful tool, and patience is key! Aside from everything that happened in the previous reading, this one tells me that the Sun always will shine again, pun intended, heh.

The 10 of Coins is the Arcana of completion. I see this as a way that both Kyoko and Ageha estabilished their feelings and kept their promise to each other. Of course, as years passed, their relationship couldn't go unnoticed. There's a hint of prosperity here as well, as if being rewarded from all of the struggles they had to face in the past. When it comes to love, for some people it seems trivial, but that certainly took a toll on them. And I can say that Kyoko suffered the most - Ageha, as a Lightning, knows how to endure. Not that it didn't hurt her too, but when it comes to delicate matters, she needs to be the bastion who keeps both of them safe, and alive.

Now, for the Page of Cups, which is directly tied to their emotions. A desire to be accepted, to let their feelings flow. There's still plenty of things for both of them to discover, even if they're trapped in a chaotic world and their lives are in danger. But in the end, it's just another challenge. And a man with a God Syndrome won't be enough to tear them apart, that's for sure.

Finally, we have The Fool, which brings a nice contrast to the first Arcana pulled for this ship, which was Death. You know what both share in common aside from their different meanings? The desire to change. The same spark that Kyoko kept lit up, reaches its completion here. Ageha shares the same feelings too. They want to get rid of the shackles of their past and live a love without fear. Always looking forward, because in the end, they might be in the future right now, but the real future, is still uncertain. And it shows countless pathways. But even with that, they're not afraid to walk through them.

“We’re gonna have to tell her Ryohei, you know this. I know you want her safe and happy for as long as possible, and I do too, but right now it’s too dangerous a situation to just pull the wool over her and the other girls’ eyes like you all want to do. It didn’t go well the first time and it won’t this time either.”

“You know I can’t just let this happen to my little sister ! I have a duty as the older sibling to make sure she’s safe, how am I supposed to do that if we tell her and the others ?”

Ageha knew where he was coming from, but the situation was dire and his need for protection wasn’t something they needed right now.

“I KNOW ! But again, just not telling them is not keeping them safe, it’s endangering them ! You still feel guilty from what happened when you were children, I get that, but Kyoko has grown up since, and she’s capable of defending herself ! What you’re doing is just keeping her in the dark and babying her !”

“Babying her ? I'm not babying her, I'm trying to protect her ! Millefiore is hunting for all of us out there and you want me to tell the girls about how much danger there is just waiting to jump them ?!”

“YES !! Because again, Ryohei, not telling them puts them in danger ! We won’t be able to stay by their side the entire time, they will be wanting some alone time at some point and we won’t be there to do anything when it happens ! Why can’t you understand that ?! Yes they’re children right now, and none of them have training to defend themselves yet, but that's why telling them as early as possible is the safest option !

You have to understand that they're not weak damsels in distress waiting to be saved. They are scared teen girls begging for us to give them context on what's happening. More than that, you have to understand that they deserve not just the truth, but the chance to make the choice of getting involved by themselves. They will be targeted no matter what because of us, and that was the case already ten years ago when all of this started. You know this, you’re just trying to ignore it.

And they will find out anyway, and it won’t go well if we don’t tell them ourselves. You also know this, because it already happened in our time. You know I can’t keep things a secret from her like this when it’s so important, and even then she’s not stupid, far from it. You know that. Now will you acknowledge this fact and realize how dangerous it is to not tell them, or will you keep this on and stay in denial ?”

By now the both of them were panting from the screaming match, in a desperate attempt to make the other side understand their point of view. (Thank god they were in an empty room far away from where everyone else was sleeping.)

With a shaky breath and a rub of his hand over his face, Ryohei spoke, in a calmer voice.

“...I just… Kyoko is everything to me, I can’t bear telling her something like that… Why can’t she just have a calm and loving childhood, away from all the fighting and troubles we bring with us ? None of them deserve this when we’re the reason they were dragged in this in the first place.”

With another shaky breath and wiping her eyes from the start of tears, Ageha answered.

“...You think I don’t know that ? Of course I would love for them to enjoy the normalcy and fun they’re supposed to, that we were supposed to… But we just can’t not tell them. They’re confused, scared, and more importantly, determined to find out what’s going on. If we don’t tell them, they will find a way to figure it out themselves, and possibly put themselves in danger. But more than that…”

She sat on the table of the room, the exhaustion starting to make its way to her. Ryohei followed and sat on a chair.

Unknown to both of them, someone approached the door and settled to listen.

“Kyoko is your sister. People seem to forget it, even you, but she has a strong combative spirit, even if physical altercations aren’t her thing. I’ve seen it myself time and time again even when we were 14, she has determination and a sense of action that could easily rival yours, Ryo. And Haru too, she’s so resourceful and has such an incredible mind. And she has no trouble getting involved where she believes she should.”

They were both smiling, thinking of all the times the girls came through for them all with unexpected help.

“Not telling them is just doing them and us a disservice, Ryo. They will know one day, that much is certain, but we can at least make sure they learn it on terms and in situations that are safe and helpful.

I’m gonna go to bed now because we’re both tired and we need rest. I’m not gonna say anything more when you know my opinion on this. Just… think about it more, okay ?”

With quiet ‘goodnights’ and ‘sleep well’, the two guardians went their way, unaware of the girl who heard the end of their discussion and begging for more answers.

The night felt suffocating.

Kyoko was tossing and turning, the knowledge from earlier rattling in her brain.

Going to sleep was hard, knowing how deeply the people she loved were in danger, and how simply being associated with them put her in just as much trouble too.

Her sweet future girlfriend was in the mafia.

And so was her kind brother.

And all of the friends she made that didn’t care about her as “The School’s Madonna”, but as Kyoko.

Everyone was in danger, and almost all of them wanted to keep this a secret from her and Haru.

Yeah, falling asleep was hard.

But the worst was what came after it.

Electricity was crackling across the skin of her beloved flower, her screams echoing across the walls of her mind. The scars were burning red on her throat and reaching deep inside her flesh.

How didn’t she notice the way she started looking around her with more purpose and constant vigilance since then ?

A hospital bed and missing teeth, covered in wounds he knew how to avoid in his usual fights. The beeping of the machines made her head ache along with her eyes stinging with tears.

How did she ignore how often he started fighting, and the seriousness of the wounds increasing ?

Gunshots echoing across the school's field, aimed at her dear friend in hopes of a fatal injury in his opponent’s favor.

How hard was she denying what she was seeing this entire time, following Takeshi’s denial of the truth explanation of it being a game ?

A dark shadow swallowed the room into darkness, leaving her with no knowledge or sense of the direction.

The ground was meant to be under her feet, but nothing felt solid there anymore. Still she stood, trying to keep herself from panicking.

Far away in the distance, a fire lit up.

It started a normal yellow, the expected color you’d see on a candle.

And then the flames grew taller, and with it the color shifted.

The center kept the hue of yellow it started with, but each new movement brought an indigo color to the fire, until it was engulfing the entire space in front of her, leaving her nowhere to escape.

No air to breathe, and a heat close enough to burn away her tears. She felt like she was dying. And maybe, she was.

She couldn’t help but remember simpler times, how everything was before all of this came into play. And then the fun times full of shenanigans Reborn kept instigating.

A particular one resurfaced. Not long after that kendo fight between Mochida and Tsuna, Kyoko had visited Tsuna at his house.

She doesn't remember the details of that day very clearly. She remembers anger, and then a determination and desire to rectify something, something that hurt her deep in her soul.

But the clearest thing in her mind from that day was the same fire glowing in her hair, colors inverted as if trying to hide and drown the indigo in yellow. She remembers how warm and kind the flames had been back then, and how different they felt now, trying to kill her from inside her mind.

She could feel the burn in her lungs, and heavy limbs being dragged down by the pressure, tears evaporating away before they even formed.

And then, a tingle went up her spine.

It was gentle, but she could feel it travel up to her nape clearer than the burns that were scorching her arms.

Slowly, the tingle traveled to the rest of her body. There was no hurt, just the feeling of something crossing across her skin like a drop of water would when it rains. It shouldn’t have been noticeable with how much the fire hurt and burned, but it was.

And with the tingle, breathing became easier. A breath in, and a breath out. One more. And one more. Just like that, she could calm down, concentrating on the feeling of the buzz caressing her skin.

The flames weren’t gone. Still they were travelling up her arms and legs, eating at her skin like a horror movie. But the burn wasn’t there anymore. The flames just sat on her limbs, swaying without an ounce of pain coming from them.

With a calmer mind, she admired the flames.

The colors were absolutely stunning. Something felt right with how they looked, sunny gold and dark blue mixing in swirls in the fire.

With a soft feeling of warmth clicking in her chest; the tingle faded, and her mind followed.

She woke up with a gasp, clutching at the closest thing in desperation. Her legs were tangled in the bedsheets, and she could feel the sweat making her hair and clothes cling to her skin. The phantom ache of the burns echoed in her limbs, and she couldn’t help but gulp as much air as she could, afraid it would leave her lungs again forever.

A soft and warm hand drew circles across her back. It reminded her of the tingle.

It took a bit of time, but slowly it was bringing her back to what was around her, grounding her.

The room was her own inside the Foundation base. The lights were off, except for the one from the hallway, peeking through the open door. The pillows were scattered around her, and the bed looked singed in some places.

Holding Kyoko to her chest was Ageha, hair braided back and in her pajamas. Her hand was still drawing circles on her back, while the other was gently holding her up to avoid her falling down.

“It’s alright Kyoko, breathe slowly, everything is fine. There’s no one here but us, nothing to harm you. I’ll make sure of it.”

The tears that were begging to fall while in her mindscape finally dropped, soaking the woman’s arm as Kyoko clung to her with all her might.

Ageha did not stop rubbing her back, soothing words and gentle voice chiming softly in her ears while Kyoko cried out all the fear in her heart.

From the corner of her eye, she could see indigo and gold flickering in and out of her view, gently coaxed away by a shine of green.

“I was born to protect, and I’ll do so until you feel safe again, my sunshine.”

DPxDC Alt Rock to the Rescue

[Inspired by this art]

"...Alright, I might have an idea," John Constantine, who was seemingly busy texting someone for the past ten - or twenty, no one really counted - minutes, puts his phone away and snaps his head up.

The room falls silent. Superman blinks in surprise, Diana frowns slightly, and Batman's mouth is pressed into a thin, stubborn line. Flash recovers first.

"You have an idea?" He huffs a short, disbelieving laugh, "No offense, but I'm not sure a magic trick can help us against, you know, an alien fleet." He gestures to one of the screens on the wall, where said fleet is approaching Earth on live.

The rest of the Leaguers present don't exactly agree with him, at least not verbally, but the mood in the room shifts from tense, anxious alarm to an almost palpable annoyance. To be honest, no one was even sure why or how John Constantine of all people ended up in the meeting. It's not like JLD could actually help with an ongoing, massive invasion that was about to happen in less than three- Correction, less than two and a half hours. Besides, it's John Constantine. The man that never shows up unless outright bullied into submission.

The magician winces briefly and starts rummaging through his pockets under the weight of everyone's attention.

"I said I might," he amends gruffly, getting a cigarette out of one of his pockets and sticking it in his mouth but not lighting it. Seems like it wasn't what he was looking for, though, because after that, the man keeps going through the various places on his coat, patting himself down. "I know someone who can deal with it. Granted, I already owe him a great deal, but he won't say no," he pauses and grimaces, "At least I hope he won't."

"I do not think it would be wise to call upon gods in our situation," Diana tries carefully, but John pays her little mind.

"Or demons," Green Arrow adds, crossing his arms on his chest, "I'm not selling my soul to get rid of some rocket ships or whatever they are."

Now, that makes the magician bark a laugh. Or, maybe it's the piece of lime green paper - a sticky note, actually - that he finally finds in the depths of his pockets.

"Oh, your soul's gonna stay where it is."

"Constantine-" Batman starts, but John cuts him off instantly.

"Mine will stay wherever it is as well," he reassures the man, "It's not that kind of entity." And with that, he promptly sets the green note on fire - green fire - and uses it as a lighter for his cigarette.

The next moment after the note is reduced to ash, there's a shift in the air in front of him, and, before any of the heroes have a split second to react, there are two people floating in the middle of the room, backs pressed to each other.

Two teenagers, to be exact. A girl and a boy, both of them so pale that their skin looks gray, and both dressed in grunge, like they just came from a rock concert. Yet, that's where the 'normal' parts of their looks end - the boy's hair is so white it looks blinding, and moves in the air slowly, undeterred by gravity, and the girl's hair is neon blue, her ponytail flickering up like a flaming torch.

The boy nearly topples over as the girl leans her back on him harder and kicks her feet up slightly. The movement is awkward, like both of them were taken by surprise by the sudden relocation, and maybe the guess about the rock concert was not so far from reality; there are drumsticks in the boy's hands, and the girl is holding an electric guitar in her hands.

"The fuck?.." The boy asks no one in particular, as the girl makes an annoyed groan and straightens up, still floating in the air. Her guitar makes an aborted sound. Meanwhile, the boy's eyes land on Constantine, and his whole face scrunches in disgust, "John, for the love of Ancients, I was in the middle of something."

The girl takes a look around while her friend is busy expressing his annoyance and elbows him in the side, "Oi, look, it's the whole Comic Con in the flesh here."

Green Arrow sputters. Flash makes a wordless but very offended sound. The floating boy looks around, taking stock of faces in the room, and the disgust on his face morphs into exasperation.

He turns back to Constantine, "Really? I thought I told you I want no part in your furry parade."

"Alien invasion," the magician decidedly doesn't address any of that, instead pointing his finger to the screen behind him. "Thought you ought to know," he adds, a bit of sarcasm bleeding into his tone.

"Ooh, is it my turn to be your world saving buddy, Phantom?" The girl perks up, turning around and draping herself over the boy's shoulders with a giddy laugh. Her guitar shifts to hang in the air on her side all by itself.

The boy - Phantom - rolls his eyes. Bright green, glowing eyes that definitely don't belong to a human being.

"If I had a nickel every time I had to save the world, I'd probably be able to buy myself my own guitar," he grumbles and looks back to Constantine. "Do I, like, have to? Right now? You know, I don't get paid for this bullshit, and the studio we rented for rehearsal has an hourly rate, so if we can postpone this for about an hour and a half, that'd be real nice."

"The fleet is only two hours away from Earth," Batman supplies suddenly, and, when both floating kids turn to look at him, adds, "I can pay for your next rehearsal. Or a few of them." Evidently, Phantom's comment about nickels struck a nerve. Or, maybe, the man just likes throwing money at any teenager he encounters. Who knows.

The boy blinks, taken aback by the proposition. But the girl grins, sharp and wicked, and shoves her drummer - if the drumsticks are to tell - in the side again.

"Hey, free studio. Better than the last time."

That snaps Phantom out of his stupor, and he groans, "Don't remind me." With a weary sigh, he runs a hand through his hair and leans back in the air, almost like reclining on it. "Okay, fine, sure. Do you want them, like, away from Earth- um, this is Earth, right?" He turns to Superman, surprisingly, looking for confirmation, and the man nods, thrown off guard. The boy nods back and continues, "Or you want them blasted into oblivion, or what?"

"Whatever suits your mood, kid," John waves his hand at the screen as if making a welcoming gesture, "But all the aliens gotta go."

Unexpectedly, that makes the girl's grin even wider, and she reaches for her guitar, floating around Phantom and looking him in the face. The look she gives him speaks of mischief, and the boy seems to understand what she's implying before she as much as opens her mouth.

"Ember, no," he pounts a drumstick at her.

"Ember, yes," she wiggles her eyebrows, "Come on, your wail is boring as fuck as it is, why not spice it up?"

"I'm not wailing," Phantom scrunches his nose, "My throat will hurt for weeks."

Ember runs her fingers over the strings of her guitar, and it makes a comparatively quiet, vibrating sound. A few cords shoot out of the bottom of her instrument, like ones used to plug an electric guitar to an amp. She raises her eyebrows, still looking at Phantom, a silent conversation between them.

Then, the boy huffs and rolls his eyes, twirling a drumstick in his fingers.

"Fine."

The cords fly at him like snakes, aiming at his neck. None of the Leaguers watching the encounter get to say even a word as the metal pins insert themselves into the boy's neck, acting like some twisted kind of collar. Phantom doesn't even flinch.

Ember's guitar, on the other hand, reacts to the connection quite violently: it makes a high-pitched sound all on its own and then changes color from black and blue to white and green, with lightning bolts instead of flames for design. The girl's ponytail flares up higher as she softly murmurs in delight.

Then, she turns to the people around them and smirks, "Which way is the evil alien fleet?"

Flash wordlessly points his finger to the right and up. The girl nods in satisfaction, turning in the air so her guitar is facing that way.

"You might want to cover your ears," Phantom advises, a sly smile on his face and a glimmer of anticipation to his eyes. John Constantine follows that direction immediately, and, taking his move as the best course of action, the other heroes follow as well. Except Batman, who only narrows his eyes and looks at both teens in the air apprehensively. Phantom shrugs, "Or don't, I don't hold any responsibility for your shattered eardrums."

"Pick up where we left off, then," Ember tells him, and the boy blinks:

"Wait, I thought you'd just-"

[For some wholesome experience, put your headphones in and listen to 'KULT' by Jisaiah, grandson, and Steve Aoki]

But the girl has already started a tune, nodding her head to the rhythm of it and slowly picking up the pace. Phantom huffs, but doesn't protest any further, floating up as much as the cords allow him and spinning a drumstick in his hand.

"Maybe I should join a cult

At least they'll tell me it's not my fault

That the world's a fucking circus

That my life feels fucking worthless," he spits the words out with a sneer, slowly rotating in the air until he is hanging upside down. His eyes are closed, and his voice becomes more and more staticky with every new sound. The volume of Ember's guitar gets up, higher and higher, until the walls and the floor of the room around them start to vibrate.

Then, Ember's voice joins Phantom's, and the boy brings his drumsticks down on thin air, mimicking the moves. Only, even with the actual drums not there, the air around him ripples like they are, and they all can hear the beat.

"Maybe I should join a cult

At least they'll tell me it's not my fault

When it all comes crashing down

We'll see who's laughing," both kids pause, just for a beat, and Ember uses that split second to spin the volume knob to the max before strumming her guitar in one wide, sharp move.

"NOW!"

The sound wave is not only palpable, it's visible. A wave of toxic green ripples through the air, knocking everyone present - sans the two kids in the air - to the ground, and goes beyond. The screens on the walls flicker and turn off, sending sparks in the air, and the comms give off loud, screeching noises, and-

The following silence feels almost deafening.

Batman, unsurprisingly, is the first one to stand back on his feet and see a few of the screens come back online.

Just in time to see that same green wave of... sound? energy? power?.. decimate the entire fleet like a wet cloth over a chalkboard. One moment, the spaceships were there, and the next they are gone, wiped out of existence.

Ember laughs, leaning back and almost doing a backflip in the air.

"That was nice, dipshit!" She shoves Phantom in the shoulder, and the boy snorts, plucking the cords out of his skin and grinning.

"Yeah," he agrees with a smile, not even looking at the screens around, "Maybe we should try rehearsing in space next time. Sing to the stars and all that crap."

"Sing to the stars?" Ember raises her eyebrows mockingly as the rest of the heroes scramble to their feet, bemoaning their ringing ears. "Na-ah," she clicks her tongue and turns to Batman, "You still up for paying for our studio?"

The man just grunts in a semblance of affirmation.

"Sweet," the girl grins and offers Phantom a hand for a high five, which he returns instantly. "Cheers to the world being saved once again!"

The boy just rolls his eyes and turns to Constantine, "Next time, be a dear and text me before summoning, or I'm going to sell your soul to Morpheus, and who knows what he'll do with you."

John Constantine grimaces. "I did," he offers grudgingly.

But both unearthly teenagers are already gone without a trace.

Oh!! Btw Tai, I hope you're doing all right! Wishing you the best!! ❤️ Also: Zakiya has never regretted anything she's done.

wahhh thank you for the well wishes nimo, it means a lot ;;v;; im-- not doing too great rn, but hopefully after this month is over i'll be semi-normal again-

omg kudos to Zakiya?? man to not regret anything..

The same can NOT be said for Ale. They have a few regrets. Sort of tying into the scars thing I sent in your ask, they'd never regret their scars! They don't like them/feel conflicted about them, sure. But the reasons they have those scars is something they'll never regret; hell, if asked if they'd do it over again, they would no hesitation.

( the scars in question; Ale has two scars on their back from saving Ageha when they first met. Its how Ageha got introduced to the Novana and what eventually led to her joining.

The other is the scar on their forehead; the bullet they took for Hayato during the Vongola Hunts, the one that should have been their 'Point' but somehow managed to survive, and made the two of them even closer. )

Hello! Slipping in for the theme ask meme for Ageha💚

How about 'darkness and light'?

Hiii thx for this bc this is such a perfect theme choice for her actually--

When you see the ship of Kyoko and Ageha, Darkness and light/Sun and Moon is deff something that pops out ! Gloomy and dark Ageha and sunny and hopeful Kyoko !

But my headcanon is that actually, each of them considers the other the light to their darkness ☝️

Ageha lowkey has depression at the start, and slowly heals from it the longer she spends with Kyoko breaking down the walls she built around her heart ! Kyoko is literally her light in the way that she shines bright from her optimism and love, and the fact she never gives up on her. Meanwhile she considers herself a very boring and unlovable person with not a lot of talent.

On the other side, Kyoko considers Ageha her light in the sense that before her, her life was very monotone. Just smiling and be pretty, have boys fall at her feet and more boring thing. But then Ageha appeared and she saw more fun things, and could finally break out of the mold of the "perfect pretty girl" she ended up fitting in. But she thinks that she herself is actually a bit of a liar in a sense since her school persona is more or less a mask for her now, and Ageha is getting her to be more truthful to herself !

(yes I know it was just supposed to be Ageha but listen it fits well with the theme so u get ship knowledge--)
