4t3 Conversion Pierisim OAK HOUSE Part 6 Kids Room
25 Items. Functional toddler bed as a crib (toddlers only, babies rotate weird). Functional bassinet as a crib (babies only, toddlers are too big). Functional abacus as a peg box, functional blocks as peg box. Most everything is fully recolorable, with the wood furniture having a baked on wood texture and a plain texture. You will need to use a kids mattress for the bedframe as I was unable to successfully convert the mattress from this set. Hopefully will update later as I continue learning. Two new office signs for your towns. Big thanks to the wonderful @bill-l-s4cc and his TOU that allows conversions. He has so many wonderful signs that I hope to do more in the future.
Landgraab Realty Office Sign: 3,938 polys Goth & Villareal Law Offices Sign: 20,518 polys (Yes this sign is VERY HIGH POLY! It does have a LOD M which is about 6,000 polys which is more reasonable, and I figure this isn't an item you'll use all over a lot, but just realize that is high.)
One recolorable preset, and three non-recolorable presets. Found under paintings and posters for $50 simoleons
