1.Ask affirmation: when you use negative questions turn into them positive question like if you say why my skin not clear? Instead you use this why my skin is so clear? Try this, it's first time attempt will hard but don't give up just persist. I promise you you will get result in two days. ( I get this idea from free tea YouTube channel look her channel it's really good guys)

2. Give me more affirmation : I found this technique from Thewizardliz tiktok video. This technique is like I have clear skin, can you give more clear skin universe/ god.
