Still Slavic person here and oh boy the lack of formal you and informal you is always killing me - I genuinely feel disrespectful when I say “you” in English to an older person - like I just insulted him/her Also: not being able to drop the pronouns randomly because verbs don't conjugate differently depending on subject's singularity & gender sounds horrid to me. You can't just say “Went” and immediately know basic info about subject. the worst thing to me is the lack of random insertion of pronouns in sentence that exists solely to express endearment (not usual but when it happens you notice and it's usually really beautiful) “...da ne budeš MI sama.” i sl.
