i hate negative language in art tutorials. "why you suck", "why this is WRONG!" clickbait ass titles. exhausting, and phrasing like that at especially a young age did loads of damage to my mentality working with art. idk i don't have a good way of expressing what i mean and i think most people don't care, but to me it is one of the most subtly evil things

not art reblog additionally! because I’ve been having this problem people view what worked for them not working for you or saying ‘i know this didn’t work for me’ as ego and laziness. if you can’t do it like this surely you’re doing it wrong! and that’s done a huge amount of harm to my mindset it instills this need both to grind and have perfect results so people can’t weaponize your perceived arrogance and that really sucks!
