Buckle ur seat belt... Here we come July!!! Astronomical Events lined up for next month get ready. Do follow for more interesting content @the_astrophysics_forum . The Lunar Eclipse will take place on the night of 4th and 5th July. In India, it would be morning of July 5th between 8:30 am and 11:30 am. The eclipse will last for 2 hours and 45 mins. The waning, gibbous moon will meet up with the planets Jupiter and Saturn, and you can catch the celestial trio above the southern horizon just before they fade into the daylight. Venus will reach its greatest brightness in its 2020 morning apparition. It will be shining brightly at mag -4.5. The first in a trio of meteor showers that round out the month, the Piscis Austrinid meteor shower will peak on the night of July 28th. As its name implies, this shower can be seen lower in the southeastern sky of the southern hemisphere.
