Curate, connect, and discover
Apparently, a break of several years in the preparation of pies is affecting, because it turned out like this. Next time I'll try to make the filling in a different way. As for the taste, it's generally not bad, as far as I'm concerned.
By the way, the cooled filling does not fall out as in the photo, so I think the experiment was a success by 70-80 percent.
The two-year anniversary of his death will be at least three to four days away. Tech, I dedicate this to you. A pie codenamed "Brown Eyes".
Dough:
Mix 400-450 grams of flour with 7 grams of yeast and one teaspoon of salt;
Melt 95 grams of butter over low heat;
Heat the milk (250 milliliters) in the microwave for a minute or one and a half;
Add one chicken egg together with butter to one container with milk and stir;
Add to the dry ingredients;
Mix until smooth and leave for an hour under a cloth.;
Melt a few small pieces (56 grams) oil on low heat;
Sprinkle the work surface with flour;
Cut the dough into two pieces in a ratio of about 60:40;
We roll out the first piece with a rolling pin;
We lubricate the baking sheet with oil and put the dough on it;
Add the apples and sprinkle them with cinnamon and vanilla sugar.;
Add one sliced orange, three sliced bananas and forty grams of raisins;
Roll out the second piece of dough and put it on top;
We lubricate the top with oil and send it to the oven for forty minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
I associate all these ingredients with Tech in one way or another. Cinnamon, because he's a cinnamon bun. Apples, because apple pie is generally good with cinnamon and many add it to charlotte. Raisins are generally rich in B vitamins, lowers blood pressure, strengthens the heart, improves sleep, supports healthy sleep, gives a boost of energy, and I think Tech loved these kinds of dried fruits. Bananas and oranges are tropical fruits, and I think it's understandable why I decided to add them to a pie named after Brown Eyes.
If there were more tropical fruits with cinnamon and apples, the name would be TechPhee.
In memory of our boy, I think we can experiment. Since it's a little late at the moment, I'll share my impressions of this culinary experiment tomorrow.
Rest in peace, Brown Eyes!

I love The Dad Bad Batch, and I won't deny it. However, there are a couple of things that I think should have been added to the series. For example, overprotection. How do you like the idea that in the third season, after the return of Omega, the Hunter began to have bouts of overprotective behavior? He just started having panic attacks as soon as Omega disappeared from his field of vision. At first, even if she kept in touch with him, told him where and with whom she would be, he would still start to panic, think that the Empire had taken his daughter, look for her all over the island, and so on. But as the season progressed, it gradually faded away. It wouldn't have gone away until the end of the story, but he would have stopped being so nervous as soon as she walked around the corner.
Briefly about the height difference between Yadwiga (213 centimeters) and Crosshair (193 centimeters). And yes, he really likes it when she wears it.
What would be the story of Yadwiga in the Star Wars universe, and not Harry Potter? Well, about the following:
A girl was born in the family of John Wolfe and Anna Wolverine. The girl's father hails from Naboo and is the heir to a local noble family. In this regard, he had to break up with Anna and marry another woman.
It would seem that Yadwiga would grow up on Mandalore with her mother and grandfather, but her father's family decided that it would be better if the girl grew up on Naboo. At the age of eighteen, the girl entered the Coruscant Flight Academy. From there, she immediately went to the front when the Clone Wars began.
When her father died, Yadwiga was on Umbara, gathering soldiers for transportation to a new mission, which is why she could not accompany her father on his last journey and find out what she inherited from her father in his will.
By the time of her half-sister's wedding, she had already worked with Squad 99 several times. There was a kind of mutual affection between her and Crosshair that they hadn't even admitted to themselves yet.
When Order 66 came into effect and the Jedi massacre began, the girl was no longer part of the Grand Army of the Republic. She was looking for her mother and grandfather, disowned her father's family due to internal disagreements, and lost her leg in battle before leaving GAR.
She met Crosshair after the story with Cody, when he was given the order to catch her and the rebel squad. That was the first time they had clashed not as allies. They engaged in battle with each other while the squad was retreating. Then she lost an eye because of him, but was able to leave with the others.
They haven't seen each other since until the end of the third season.
As it turned out, Yadwiga's mother sold her daughter to her husband's family, and not because of pressure from them, but because she wanted to. The reason for this desire is the presence of dangerous enemies who could harm the girl. After the events described earlier, the woman died in battle, and the grandfather moved to the Pabu. Yadwiga decided to stay with him, and it was at that moment that she and Crosshair met.
The fourth chapter is already ready. Most likely, the fifth or sixth chapter will be the final one in fan fiction. Then I will illustrate some points and reveal some points that were not included in the final version.
The second and third chapters of my au fiction have been released. I will attach a link to the main page of this work so that it will be easier to update it if other posts on it appear in my profile.
All information about au and first chapter of my fiction at the moment here.
I remind you that the work is written in Russian, as I do not speak English well. Excuse me.
I would like to say a little bit about a future book on SW. Many of my friends, acquaintances and readers know that Phee, in my eyes, is a minor character who could have become one of the main characters if the creators had allowed this to happen.
As I have already written about the past of Phee in my mind, and I sincerely hope that it or a similar version will be implemented.
What exactly do I expect from the book itself, other than that? Again, the development of their line with Tech. Hunter and Omega have a father-daughter relationship. Maybe some charming moments with Wrecker.
There is a possibility, albeit a minuscule one, that they will show us a little bit of Crosshair. The chronology book probably stands between episodes 13 and 14, so if they show him to us, it's definitely before the torture (in episode 14, they started torturing him while the Pub was plus or minus restored).
In general, he doesn't read much, but it's better to wait a little so as not to be disappointed. That's what happened to me with the New Dawn.

For fans of Harry Potter fanfiction and TBB fanfiction. I hope you like it. Russian Russian, yes, but I'm a Russian who has some problems with English. I hope someone will have the opportunity to translate the text using a browser. I'll add illustrations later. If you don't know who Jadwiga is and where her legs come from, here are some of my posts on this topic.:

I've been wanting to speak out about this for a long time, and I hope I'm not the only one. Why does Echo look like he's wearing dark lipstick all the time? Here and there it seems to me that he has lipstick on his lips. I'm not the only one, am I?
Thank you for tagging me in the last post. I got this pair.
I think most of the time I would joke about them, and then I would start trying to woo them. It either ended up getting rid of me because I can be annoying, or I became a bridesmaid at their wedding.

Thanks to @archivewriter1ont for the tag!
You have to go on a 72-hour hyperspace journey with the last Star Wars Character saved in your photos.
Who is your traveling buddy?
How do you feel about it?
And will you survive if you ran into trouble?
It’s Wrecker!!!
I’m so excited! It would be so fun to go on a trip with this lovable guy. We would chat and munch on mantel mix.
We would be find if we ran into trouble. Honestly, he’s so intimidating no one would mess with us.
Then we’d meet up with the rest of the Batch and go out for a space curry. It would be prefect 😂

Tech: I'm back!
Wrecker, Echo, Omega and Hunter: 😀🥹
Crosshair sight:...
Crosshair sight: Batcher, full face.
Everyone: NO!
Batcher: * attacks the Tech and starts licking him aggressively*
Everyone: * a little puzzled*
Crosshair sight: Batcher, now everything is as we taught, to lie down.
Batcher:* Lies on top of the Tech, without giving him the opportunity to get up*
Crosshair: * proudly scratches her behind the ear * Good girl.
Tech: What the hell?
Crosshair: This is your revenge for Plan 99, asshole.
AAAAAAA, HER PALM IS SO SMALL THAT HE HOLDS IT WITH HIS FINGERS. AAAAAAAAAAA
I'm still working on the Harry Potter AU. Now I've decided to add an original female protagonist to the story - Yadviga Volkova, a student with roots from Russia. Her family moved to England a couple of generations ago. Her parents met at Hogwarts. Нer mother studied Hufflepuff, and her father studied Slytherin. Both are pure-blooded wizards.
Yadviga is in the same course as Crosshair, so they have most of their classes together. They are most often found in herbology, potions, and defense against the forces of evil classes.
How did they meet? We ran into each other in the hallway after Mayday's death. After the third or fourth conversation, the girl began to pull Cross out of depression, with his permission. She periodically drags him to extracurricular activities, feeds him her cookies and jam, brings him sweets from Hogsmeade and drags him around the shops there. They communicate a lot outside of classes, and as a result, they form a fairly strong, still friendly, bond, which once prompted a girl to rip off one professor's manhood.
