Could someone please help me with making my workout routine?

I want to build butt muscles and thighs, maybe stomach but I’m scared it will turn out wider. I was scared to go to the gym so I decided I’ll workout at home. I’ve tried some youtube pilates but I don’t know if it works. Keep in mind I have no muscle mass and no condition😭😭 W 170/55 Pls help🙏🙏
