It was my birthday yesterday, this is the gift I gave myself. I wanted to finnish this yesterday, but it took longer than I thought.

Made some Sunflora mousse cakes sprouting in chocolate pots ๐ป๐
Made the Sunflora out of SunButter ganache, white chocolate, matcha Pocky, and buttercream, planted in chocolate pots filled with layers of chocolate cake, chocolate mousse, Oreos, and SunButter mousse, topped with "dirt" made out of Oreo crumbs and hot cocoa mix ๐ฑ So glad spring is here!

Tisโ the season! I made an ides of march cake complete with 22 chocolate knives and one real, very stabby knife. While the knives are shittily constructed, I think the point still comes across. The cake itself is double chocolate, making use of a Swiss meringue buttercream.
