Halfbody commission ~ I’m so happy this client lets me design this character new dresses, it’s so fun! They wanted it to be blue, and a frilly Lolita style. I’m also a fan of the long, completely inconvenient sleeves, their so gorgeous, and they suit what I know about this character XD
Lion fish merman commission! Man this boy is detailed! I am always shocked by how long lion fish take to draw every time I try, they are a lot trickier to draw than you might think at first. If you’re looking for a challenge, lion fish are the way to go.
I just love the colors and details this client chose, I adore the freckles and those piercing eyes. The hairstyle they chose was definately fun to draw, especially being a merman, it gives me the opportunity to draw flowing hair that adds a lot of dynamic motion to the piece.
