Dash Baxter feels true dread walking up to the entrance of the Wayne Enterprises. He has a interning position in the engineering and design department.

He’s over the moon to have this opportunity and even more overjoyed that it’s nearby his apartment.

Why is he filled with fear with each step towards the secretaries desk then? Well, he is going to be interviewed by one of the Senior Engineers. He knows one of the senior engineers from his hometown.

God he really hopes he isn’t going to be interviewed by Danny Fenton

<prev tags THIS IS AMAZING this could develop a lot of different ways imagining dash knows danny is phantom for whatever reason (there's plenty of canon possibilities to pull on) and maybe he's trying to keep it a secret to help danny and either his flustered attempts at excuses catch someones attention or they already know completely embraces his mom role in the department dash realizes he can make a real difference just by helping take care of people. like he thought danny was a disaster but his coworkers... danny seems like a reasonable person with healthy habits next to some of the others. alternatively dash doesnt know he's phantom. and is constantly trying to make him have some self preservation. like fenton! dont drink the glowing green liquid! that's against lab safety rules!
