Now you wouldn't say you're oblivious but everyone else in the Port Mafia might disagree. One member would say you are the most oblivious person he's every met.
Dazai Osamu has been flirting with you since the both of you were 14. You're going on 16 now and there's been zero progress from Dazai's attempts. At this point Dazai was astounded how you haven't noticed his feelings.
He compliments you every single day. They vary of course, he never wants to bore you. He'll compliment the way you did your hair, how you're dressed, how you completely wiped out an enemy base all by yourself. He'll say anything to get you to give him a sweet smile and a thank you.
He'll do anything to get your attention. Whether it's getting you to save him from another (failed) attempt or showing off when you're on missions together. Dazai wants you looking at him all the time.
And you do look at him all the time, but he could never be interested in you right? Right?

So here he was at Bar Lupin with you after a successful mission. He was maybe a little tipsy and dialed up his flirting a lot.
