rb I actually missed a fucking therapy appointment this morning bc of this The (3rd party) portal keeps sending the reminder texts a full 24 hours before the appointment and it’s supposed to send one to my mom too bc I am horrible at time management but it just doesn’t???? Also my mom doesn’t have access to the forms she needs to fill out bc they gave her a patient portal and not a guardian one Did I mention it only works well on a computer and mobile is complete shit? anyways sorry for the tag rant it’s just so fucking stupid and insurance only covers it if I go to the appointments it’s just throwing money into the fucking void I hate the healthcare system both for hospitals and mental health shit
