You were one of the few people chosen to be part of the avatar program. Wether you were a scientist or a soldier matters greatly. If you were a scientist you wouldn’t have much contact with the na’vi not without Jake putting in a good word for you. You would be watched over by Tsu’tey and become ‘ one of the people ‘ In the beginning he is cruel and refuses to teach you anything. He does not trust you and believes you are here to only bring havoc. But seeing how dedicated you are to his home he gives you a chance.

He is harsh and often calls you ‘ demon‘ with upturned lips and tail lashing. But you do not mind, in return you call him with an endearing nickname. At first he is not bothered but curiosity nitpicks at him. At one point he ask what it means but you refuse to answer. He scoffs at your refusal, nose scrunching up, he blabbers about ‘ sky people nonsense ‘

This banter between you continues, and so does his familiarity with you. He often chaste you for being distracted in the forest. Calls you a ‘ baby ‘ for making too much noise— not that he minds. He finds it endearing when you talk his ear off about ‘ nature and its electrical connection ‘ all he has to offer is ‘ it is eywa ‘

As time goes on he subconsciously seeks you out most of the time. Doing things only a male would do if he were interested in a female. He shows off his hunting skills and his strength, boast about how he’s a great gather too. He does not realize his affection for you unless someone points it out. He is denial and refuses to acknowledge his feelings for you. He battles with himself, claiming that being with a dreamwalker is wrong.

However, seeing Jake with his ex betrothed the idea somehow becomes tempting to him. He is difficult during this time, unsure as how to take his fist step in this new relationship he wants to form. He seeks wisdom from the tree of souls or Mo’at. Once he accepts his feelings for you, he’ll properly start courting you. He won’t shy away from his ministrations and would be bold in his actions.
