I started drawing this forever ago, but then I moved, and my life was ruined for a while, and I stopped drawing. But I'm feeling better now, so I finally finished it.

Start ID. Flutterbat is in chains, her eyes are wild, and she has broken a cuff on her front hoof and a chain on one of her back hoofs. She has a muzzle and her mouth is open. End ID.

ok i thought i liked the outline (1) but when i colored it (2) i decided its bad and i need to start from scratch. luckily for you guys i made a promise to myself to post stuff even if i think its bad

this is for my empress twilight au thingy where they’re evil and twilight is the empress. the tag for it is evil twipie because it started out as just twipie, but someone said they wanted to see the whole ponycule. and i agree. so more art to follow
