Yesterday I saw a bottle of Green Thai tea out on the fridge meaning that its spoiled, but when I taste it it's like drinking soda. The tea I drank was at my workplace and it contains sugar in it. I think it might be because of the sugar mixed in with the tea must have been untouched for too long and started to ferment. It's the same method of turning grapes into using the fiber of their skin.
