Oscar the creator, he created almost all in this toon world but he only cares about Lily, like a daughter, she is not fond of the idea

Bandit, the only toon in this group with a backstory, being Billy's ex and has some beef with Lily since he thinks she is responsible for their breakup, and not him being awful to him or anything

Dyna(mite), Oscar's latest creation, she doesn't know much about the world yet, a bit too prone to aggresion but she simply wants to make her creator proud

Tero, short for Carpintero, the oldest robot toon created by Oscar, he despises Lily, not in a personal way but the fact that she keeps escaping is bad for his image and that won't stand.
with him there are the flock bots, his lil minions

Zinnia, even bad guys need secretaries, she is not deployed to capture Lily, she simply keeps count of how many times the team fails

just because things are colorful and silly in town doesn't mean there aren't bad guys lurkin around, and this time is not Chip

a whole band of them out to get Lily into their clutches

Oscar, the creator, responsible for the creation of the world these toons live in and for the creation of Lily herself. Lily does not like him at all but he still tries to catch her, she is his "greatest creation" he says.

with him there are a bunch of robotic enhanced toons that help him track her down and take her back to his place but it doesn't take much for her to ruin their plans.
