It's a highly reputable organization which has broken its long-standing neutrality to denounce Israel in front of the UN. Here's all the aid MSF is providing to Gazans (documentation available in multiple languages).
More than 200,000 people are trapped in the northern Gaza Strip and are facing a real famine and mass extermination. Also, more than a million and a half people are facing the same famine in the southern Gaza Strip.Speak up for them, your voice can make a difference in this unjust world.

My name is Mahmoud, and today I am writing about my family
I’m husband and father of two children we evacuated at the beginning of the war. but my family is still suffering inside Gaza
My family was a beautiful, cheerful family that loved life and they love each other.
We have children are make fun and they the source of happiness for home
Until one day, the sounds of explosions overtook them. Days passed, and these days were very difficult for everyone in the family. Suddenly, my father fell ill, and it was determined that he was suffering with cancer, and needed surgery outside the Gaza Strip. But, because of the situation, he was unable to leave Gaza for treatment — eventually, due to lack of medical care and after suffering with his symptoms, he died. Five days after my father death, his children (my brothers- and sisters) were injured after their home was targeted. My brother suffered a double amputation of his feet and one hand, and his other siblings were injured as well, including a severe back injury.

My family suffers under these difficult situation and they have been displaced several times in more than one place.

As you reading my message, myself and my family, “my mother, father, three sisters, and my little brother,” are trying to survive under all kinds of suffering including but not limited to fear, instability, and starvation, thirst, and poverty in northern G@za.

I am Nevin Al-Sir, I live in Gaza, I am 27 years old, I used to work as an accountant in an accounting firm, I am married and have a child, I was also pregnant during the war, the war on Gaza, and when the evacuation order came from our area in Gaza, we fled through the corridor that the occupation lied to us about and the safe corridor was a disaster. We walked on foot, the longest distance I have ever walked in my life. I was displaced to a tent with the rest of my family, and it was very difficult, tiring and exhausting. Every time there was an evacuation in the southern areas, I was forced to evacuate again to a worse tent. Then I gave birth to my child in a field hospital because the hospitals were out of service. My dear wife turned 28 today
My wife used to work as a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) specialist. She was a help to me and her family. She worked to meet all my children’s needs and make them happy, but she lost her job due to the war on Gaza.
In this war, she suffered greatly from cooking food over the fire. She suffered many burns every time she prepared food for us, and she suffered from washing clothes on her hands, until she began to suffer from nerve pain in her left hand.
She cares about the cleanliness of the children and putting them in a better condition. She works hard to do what she can to reduce the difficulty of the war on my children.
I say to her today on the occasion of her birthday, Happy New Year, my dear, and I wish you a better life to come without war.
I wish you all to congratulate my wife, comfort her, and try to improve her tired psyche by donating to us to improve our better lives and save us from this war.

We suffered from devastating wars, poverty and severe siege. But despite this, we maintained love in our hearts and purity in our souls, and until what happened during the past six months, we faced situations that cannot be described in words. Horrible things happened, situations that no one could bear. We lost our small house and had to move to another area (in the camps), leaving our dreams, our love, and even our lives in the rubble. What a difficult life we face now, a life full of pain, poverty and displacement. All our dreams have turned into only one dream, which is to survive, but deep in our hearts we still have a glimmer of hope. There is a small speck of light in the midst of this absolute darkness. We have survived (so far). My father did not survive. The occupation killed him, may God have mercy on him. But we believe in the saying, “I don’t want to live, I want to survive.” There is a big difference between them. In order to preserve our lives after my father’s death, we must leave the Gaza Strip to a safe place, a place that will restore to us the humanity we have lost, which means saving the lives of ten people, along with thousands of dreams and dreams. Ambitions. Our support means we're not just numbers breaking news, and we're not just anonymous victims. Our support means that ten lives will not be mentioned in the casualty statistics. This means that there are ten people who will not stand in line for long hours just to get a loaf of bread, or a bottle of water. . Yesterday, I moderated this discussion with some Palestinians from the occupied west bank who have been resisting the zionists in their own little town. It was a strong mix of emotions to hear them speak - on one hand, very painful hear what they are put through daily, on the other, very invigorating to hear how much they value the protests in the universities to force them to divest. It is easy to fall into this trap of thinking "what are we doing apart from screaming free free Palestine??" But always remember that they are watching us, and if nothing else it gives them strength to see millions out there still supporting them.
Man it’s fucking obnoxiously insidious how blatant this shit is. Oh suddenly we have a guide to watch out for scams, oh suddenly PayPal is discontinuing their fundraiser services, around the year mark of the 7th? They have been multiply displaced at this point, with their homes and workplaces destroyed by Zionist bombs, and have been facing the difficulties of a scarcity and/or lack of work, schools, healthcare, food, water, and medicine, along with the everpresent threat of disease, ever since.

Nader is 17 years old and his family is in Gaza facing dire circumstances. Food is scarce, prices are high, and there are shortages in water. They, like countless others suffering during this war, have already had to relocate many times, and their home is destroyed. They do not have enough money to safely relocate right now, or a stable source of income, as places of work have been destroyed.
Nader had just lost their uncle to the vile Israeli occupiers, and they're desperately asking for donations. Any amount of money can help Nader and his family escape this destruction.
