ohmigod how could I forget about pool jail

Dr Pine/Stan says "Remember that the early bird gets the worm!" Stan's hand and hair can partially be seen from behind the chair. Ford, looking down at Dr Pine on the pool chair, is enraged.

Ford picks up Dr Pine and yells "I'LL SHOW YOU THE EARLY BIRD!" Stan's face is partially visible from behind the chair and he appears to be surprised

A whistle blows loudly and ford turns his head to look at the source, his face dropping. Still behind the chair, Stan's eyes indicate he is smiling

ford is sitting in pool jail. Wendy is locking the gate. There are also two other kids in jail next to Ford.

Ford, buddy. LOOK AT HIM!! He'a just a little guy waving his lil hand! How are you even this mad!! (He feels nothing but rage at this moment). Also funny how Ford's hatred of Dr Pine is almost comparable to Stan and Gideon (except for the fact that one is notably more one sided lol). Ford sees Dr Pine as a mockery of what he does, and perhaps even sees Dr Pine as a better version of himself (having one PHD than Ford, being liked by the public as a scientist, being close to Stan, etc). Whch is somewhat similar to why Stan hated Gideon if I remember correctly?? This was originally just a silly idea I had but does it actually make some sense or am I grasping at straws???

^ @xirine13 (sorry for the @!) If I had a nickel for everytime I drew Ford in this au behind bars for puppet harrassment, I'd be two nickels richer which isn't a lot, but it's hysterical that it happened twice

A scene from The Deep End (season 1, episode 15) is opacity reduced and in the background. Ford begins to sit on a pool chair only to be surprised that it is already occupied by none other than Dr Pine. Stan is holding up two rods that connect to the puppet's arms and is hiding behind the chair. Ford drops his Nyums jellybean and is yelling "WHAAAAT!??"

Stan is moving the rod connected to dr pine's hand to make the puppet wave to ford. Stan/Dr Pine is saying "why hello, stanford!" Ford turns his head around to face the puppet and yells "DR PINE!!"

Ford has gotten up and is shaking with rage. Crumpling the Nyums jellybeans packet with one hand and pointing his index finger in the other, he's yelling "GET OUT OF MY CHAIR YOU WASTE OF FELT"
stan is dying of laughter on the floor behind the chair. He's let go of the puppet's rods and Dr Pine is limp

I don't know how, when or why Stanley would bring the Dr Pine puppet to the pool but I couldn't just not draw this once the idea came to me

I'm sorry but Ford SHAKING with the same amount of rage as Stanley in this scene is so fucking ridiculous to me I couldnt resist
